--- a) The Planning Board sending a recommendation to the City Council for an amendment to the Zoning & Land Use Code for changes to Article II, Definitions, to add new definitions and combine others, Article V, Administration and Enforcement, to clarify language and streamline processes, Article IX, Appeals and Variances, for changes to public notice, Article XI, District Regulations, for changes to the land use table, space and bulk table, groundwater conservation overlay, and the design district overlay, Article XII, Performance Standards, for minor changes to shoreland area, parking, and marijuana standards, Article XIII, Development Review and Standards, for changes to landscaping maintenance, amenity space, and performance guarantee, and Article XV, Significant Buildings and Districts, for changes to definitions and review of signs.
5. OTHER BUSINESS:
--- a) Report from Staff on recent de minimis changes - none.
--- b) The Planning Board amending the Design Lewiston Site Plan Review and Design Guidelines/Standards.
6. READING OF THE MINUTES: Motion to adopt the August 12, 2024 draft minutes.
