The roll cage was designed to make the seat the safest spot for light rollovers like that. Now if it was about to go down a 1500 foot long hill? Id definitely bail every time.

When I was 21 I flipped a car 7 times going 60 on a highway and after seeing how that belt let me walk away from that with a few pieces of glass in my hair I've always been a very strong advocate for wearing the belt when it is equipped. Roll over protection is rated strong enough to protect you in a rollover from a standstill if you can stay in the seat.

I live in a neighborhood going through "renewal". Our older '50s era houses are being scraped and replaced by 4000 foot monsters. The lot behind my house needed levelling for a new structure and they brought in a couple of Bobcats with rock hammers to cut the limestone. After about four weeks of 70db inside my house I called the general and told him that stuff wasn't cutting it. He agreed and the next Monday they had a HUGE Kubota excavator in the pit with the biggest hammer attachment I've ever seen. It still took about two more months of noise before they got to the level they needed but it proves you need to size the equipment for the job. Those Bobcats would still be ringing in my ears if they hadn't made the switch.
