Honestly, after the way Stevan trashed Melinda's name to protect Harry along with the way Alara went at Melinda in defense of Jessica (even though Jessica was clearly in the wrong) made me not give one care that they did not win. Had they not gone out of their way to disrespect Melinda, callling her a liar and clout chaser when they knew Jessica and Harry were in the wrong, the outcome of the show would have bothered me some. But at the very least Stevan was a witness to some if not everything that went down between Melinda and Harry and Alara literally watched Jessica verbally attack and belittle Melinda at that table yet still felt the need to protect Jessica from Melinda who was calm the entire time. I found their behavior almost as disgusting as Harry and Jessica's. Up until they showed me they were okay protecting a mean girl and f***boy, I wanted them to win. But their behavior in episode 9 totally turned me off to them. Melinda deserves a public apology from all of them. As far as I'm concerned, they could have pulled two random people off the street and crowned them winners, and I would have been completely fine with that. Stevan and Alara's behavior was ugly and they didn't deserve to win.

I don’t think a large percentage of the audience doubted Melinda IMO or speaking for myself, i completely believed Melinda but this unseen footage didn’t just prove that not only was Melinda telling the truth about the kiss but she was an active participant! It wasn’t one sided.
Netflix decided to make a movie with a horrible ending 😂 It felt so good knowing that we were right. Those audios of Harry talking to the staff about the kiss were 👌🏽 Also, the fact that every guy knew that he did kiss Melinda and then, acted as if they didn't know and followed Harry's narrative pissed me off. I think it’s super important to reflect on how racism and misogyny played a role in how Harry treated Malinda… even with great evidence that Harry is not an honest person, he was able to convince people that she was the bad one. She was the problem. She was there to cause drama and lie. And it was believed… why? With all the evidence against him…. Why disbelieve her? I think it’s worthy of thought. OMG! the finale was a huge disappointment and was movie length, I fast-forwarded through a majority of it, and thankful I did because boy oh boy it wasn't worth the full watch for me. Only Alara and Stevan were even close to being the Perfect Match. I always believed Melinda and had faith the show would out Harry's lying ass at the end. I laughed at the fact that even after Jessica learned the truth she still went to redate Harry again after the show( only to break up once more). 14:15 - As an ex stripper (woman), it was the absolute opposite for me. I was turned off 95% of the time while dancing. Like, probably TMI - but being a stripper allowed me to wean myself off of toys. Because I was so turned off that I didn't please myself for 7 months straight. Also I was celibate throughout my entire stint of stripping, which was 4 years. No sex, and not even a single date. As I didn't want to distract myself from making money. Nothing about my job was sexy to me personally. The only time I would feel a slight spark is when the patrons would offer to pay me while rubbing my back. I can imagine for guys it's probably different? My husband did a stripping gig once and he said that he hated it immediately and never did it again. But I've known other strippers who would get so turned on. It's all just a matter of preference.
I partially believe that the other contestants didn’t vote for Stevan and Alara because of Stevan’s outright support for Harry when it’s clear he knew Harry was lying. It does seem like immediately after it happened, production rallied for the reveal footage to be a major piece of the story and for the cast to behave in a way that would tease it. Who knows if this was their idea of if Harry fought for it to stay in Jess’ good graces for a bit longer… After seeing the way the “Cuties” footage got so much engagement, I think Netflix producers are trying to implement that tactic over and over again. Especially since the couples were so settled and the action died down. This scandal was the major plot point that drew engagement until the end and stop the show from plummeting in the end.

I think it’s super important to reflect on how racism and misogyny played a role in how Harry treated Malinda… even with great evidence that Harry is not an honest person, he was able to convince people that she was the bad one. She was the problem. She was there to cause drama and lie. And it was believed… why? With all the evidence against him…. Why disbelieve her? I think it’s worthy of thought. Not shaming anyone… we all have blind biases.. it’s part of being human. But it’s important to reflect on what caused so many people to be willing to publicly bully this woman, who was telling the truth the entire time. So sad.

OMG! the finale was a huge disappointment and was movie length, I fast-forwarded through a majority of it, and thankful I did because boy oh boy it wasn't worth the full watch for me. Only Alara and Stevan were even close to being the Perfect Match. I always believed Melinda and had faith the show would out Harry's lying ass at the end. I laughed at the fact that even after Jessica learned the truth she still went to redate Harry again after the show( only to break up once more). Clout chasing hungry fame goblins the both of them, smh. The only people off the show I liked was Tolu and Alara. Thank you both for covering this show.. your reviews were 100% better than the show.👏

14:15 - As an ex stripper (woman), it was the absolute opposite for me. I was turned off 95% of the time while dancing. Like, probably TMI - but being a stripper allowed me to wean myself off of toys. Because I was so turned off that I didn't please myself for 7 months straight. Also I was celibate throughout my entire stint of stripping, which was 4 years. No sex, and not even a single date. As I didn't want to distract myself from making money.
Nothing about my job was sexy to me personally. The only time I would feel a slight spark is when the patrons would offer to pay me while rubbing my back.
I can imagine for guys it's probably different? My husband did a stripping gig once and he said that he hated it immediately and never did it again.

I partially believe that the other contestants didn’t vote for Stevan and Alara because of Stevan’s outright support for Harry when it’s clear he knew Harry was lying. It does seem like immediately after it happened, production rallied for the reveal footage to be a major piece of the story and for the cast to behave in a way that would tease it. Who knows if this was their idea of if Harry fought for it to stay in Jess’ good graces for a bit longer… After seeing the way the “Cuties” footage got so much engagement, I think Netflix producers are trying to implement that tactic over and over again. Especially since the couples were so settled and the action died down. This scandal was the major plot point that drew engagement until the end and stop the show from plummeting in the end.
