At first, she, the only witness to her murder, is undone thanks to the work of Simone's accomplice, Brian David Gilbert, but when Simone strikes again by smashing someone's head in with a bust on a balcony, the only clue on the body being a ladybug and the cracked sculpture, Karen endures the ridicule from her colleagues to pursue her #SculptureBug Theory and bring Simone to justice!
