So I finally tell you how I managed to get out of the Emirates Accommodation, it's very different now but I get asked so much it's time to explain.
This video is hopefully a new one in my series of what I get up to living alone in Dubai

Just found your channel. Lovely vid. Reminds me of the good ol' days of EK. I was there 1993-97 lived in the white building with two flatmates, then moved to AlKawakeb C. I was lucky as my only flatmate was living with her F/O bf.. So had the place for myself. Used to love these kind of relaxing days and loved my place. Quite different to the current crew accommidation. Later my son became crew 2014-2020 he had to share with 3 other guys and just one small fridge. Lucky you can stay on your own. And you are a HP fan!! Thats an added bonus. Will subscribe😊
Arhhh im so glad you found the channel ✈️ Ohh you really did get a good deal 😂 Ohh, 100% the accommodation these days has changed so much since then, I joined in 2015 but only did the 6 months in accommodation then moved out ☺️ So cool that you and your son both became crew, you both got to experience it all ☁️ HP is my fave, I always have it on the in the background 🪄

Hey Soph, hope you are feeling better today. I wonder what happens if you get called up for work and the cold sore hasn't gone down or cleared up yet. Well, I hope you get another day off so you can recuperate.
Thank you for sharing, I didn't know you have to get your videos approved by your bosses before putting them up. I thought there were just a set of rules/ guidelines that govern you as to what is allowed and what's not instead of the bosses checking the videos out before they are put up.

Depending on how bad it is you would have to go 'sick' for work an have time off till it heals. (Imagine & Uniform rules) Luckily masks cover It ☺️
My videos are not to do with where I work, they are aware of my channel but have no control over the videos i make, or post. It is fully my channel.
With what i was saying is in regards to getting approved for sponsorships and brand deals I have coming up from the brand themselves. ☺️
@@SophieFayHart I *THINK* a mask might make it worse because you sweat under that mask. I *THINK* for it to heal quicker, it has to dry& die out.Wish you a speedy recovery.

hi, i would like to ask few questions. i want to apply for emirates cabin crew but do i need to be 21 years old and do i need to be covid-19 vaccinated or do you have some other options like taking test before every flight or something like that if you dont want to be vaccinated?😊
Yes you need to be 21 to join emirates an yes you need to have the covid vaccine alone with a list of other vaccines ☺️

She lives in her own accommodation.

Just curious all of the other FA'S that live in Dubai seem to have roommates, but you live alone...is rent not that expensive there???

rent is expensive but I choose where I live a little more important. When I was in accommodation I was in the middle of no where so when I moved out I wanted to live in the middle of it all ☺️
Do u get the apartment free with your job or do u have to pay
no I pay, when you join you you have shared accommodation
Can a person be flight attendant and have pets? And what if I want to live alone but not in buildings that Emirates provide? Do they help about payment? What about transport? I hope you can answer
If you think you can look after an animal while doing this job then why not have one ☺️ and it depends on the buildings rules, many don’t aloud pets

You’ve probably had Coca Cola all over the world…does it really taste different? Do you have a favourite place to buy Coke from?
Nothing compares to the uk one. Think I’ve grown up with it so I’m used it to ☺️
That was a very nice casual video, I use Zovirax on my cold sore when it pops up, sort of numbs the lip and usually goes away with 2 or 3 days. Its a clear cream so people will not even notice you have it on. ❤❤
Ohh I’ll look at this one, I get them a lot so a clear cream would work great ☺️
Also Sophie in Australia there are anti viral tablets you can take to curb cold sores if you are prone to them, maybe when you next see your doctor to ask if there is anything you can take❤️
