The part about “ blank bail” practice is the most important thing IMO too. The idea people is find the right settings and barrel position for your hand. Might as well get it right from the beginning! 👍👍

      100%.
I think blank bail shooting is highly underrated by many people.

Just made the switch to handheld from wrist release. What a learning curve! But accuracy is such a benefit.

Nice! You likely won't go back.
What release did you go with?

Just made the switch from an index to the Stan Onnex click. It took some getting used to and made me think more about the shot process. My accuracy is much better now after a couple weeks of practice. Groups are much tighter than before.

The Onnex clicker is a great release as well!

More detail on Blank Bail.. Is it just shooting without aiming, and focusing on your release?
    New to this

Yes. Stand 3-5 feet away from a target, which takes aiming out of the equation and allows you to focus on executing a clean break on the release.

Thanks I’m a newbie always looking for info. Thanks I keep hitting the button by accident sometimes.🙏🏽

You are welcome, and thanks for watching.
I put my thumb on the back of the button, putting forward pressure on it so there is no way for it to accidentally go off. Try that. It might help.

Thanks a lot, I lost two Easton px10 parallel arrows with those two accidental shots. Appreciate you.🙏🏽

@juanrodriguez-mu7ko Been there. I lost an arrow to a wall stud in my garage, but it was probably a blessing 😂

This explains how to make it repeatable in placement of you hand. But in that part nothing ever gets explain on if the is a reference point for how far back you hand goes.

Are you asking where your hand is placed when the anchoring?

@MichiganAmBushOutdoors yeah, rough how far back on you jaw should your hand sit. Like should my knuckle meet the corner of my jaw or something?
