Joey I just love this video! Thank you for making the Bible reading plan, this is exactly what the world needs especially today. Nice work on those arms, Can’t wait to see them in action!
First of all thank you for being a man of God! You are appreciated! Finished cleaning and painting a complete set of cultivator arms for one of my cubs this spring. Working on sanding and painting a set of wheel weights. 😂😂
Great job. Enjoy it. Taping holes or running a die-nut over a bolt is soothing as glass beading a part, I enjoy both. I have a pile of old IH attachments to blast and paint , one day maybe , if not someone else will do it.
Hey Joey, I think I mentioned this last year on one of your videos (who knows) that the IH 144 Cultivator Operator's Manual explains how to keep these bolts tightened up as they wear. ( pictured on pg. 13 and explained on pg. 5) The problem I've encountered with the ''short arms'' is if there's excessive play they will crack beside the bolt heads! ( Cast metal ) You're doing the right thing, imo. and will make for some laser focused cultivating if your shanks and feet are fairly rigid! I've been wanting to do some rebuilding myself on my 100 and 274, of cultivator feet, but it hasn't ''materialized'' yet, lol! Keep up the good work, buddy! I think Farmall 51 posted a video with this Manual.
If I took all that apart I betta be taking pictures of where it was and the nuts and bolts . I would be lost trying to get it back together if I didn’t

Hey Tom
I hope to get them painted by this weekend. Got to squeeze planting onions in there too.

Hey Paul Thank You. I bet it’s going to look good.
Love the Grease fitting deal. Look forward to seeing them on the tractor
Almost like I was there
Yes sir. Thanks for the Pin ideal.
@@Jtwes Thank you for the paint
You could benefit from having a sandblasted. Great video as always.
Thanks Eugene
Progress looking great! Can't wait to see them all together. Be interesting to see if you can tighten up your old arms.
Almost scared to try. I was counting on having a spare set . Lol

Hope you get to them one day. Thanks for watching.
Nice arms.
Great video buddy, you will love the grease fittings the arms will last 2 lifetimes with them.
Hey John
You know I haven’t thought about that. They do last a long time dry and adding the fittings will double that. lol
May Dad had a super C my grandfather had a F12 after many years we bought a 504 with a 4 row front mounted cultivators to farm peanuts
I do like those front mounted cultivators. A friend of mine made a 4 row set for a 766
Did the same to mine I really like the idea of making the pins greaseable I might have to do that to mine
I just got to say you don’t really realize how much ur teaching Sammy it’s the small things in life that they remember

Thanks Bobby I need to get one of those Manuals.

I probably could do it but I’ll cheat by looking at the 140.
Looks good Joey…. Feel free to come do mine next 😂
lol it’s a time consuming deal for sure.
Looking good, what tap and die set are you using?
Hey Charles
Probably not a super good quality set I got it off Amazon. Lol Not sure what the name is.
@@Jtwes Thanks, what was the largest size you needed for the cultivator work?
@@charlesdaily5549 I believe A inch
You need you an electrolysis tank to hand those parts in. Turn it one and walk away from them.
It would be nice.
I'll give ya 5 dollars for that old oil squirt can!
She’s a good one .
