I swear bike riders often ride like they own the road. Not only that, there are ALOT who dgaf about others, its so frustrating. Lots of ppl dont even use the sign light because they dont know it's mandatory??
I mean learning to drive in Malaysia is not that bad, like the other guy said, Avoid trucks, go to the lane that is your speed and AVOID Myvi at all cost.
I swear when there is congestion in traffic, every other cars make things worse because they only care for themselves. THEREFORE WE ALL CUCK EACH OTHER AND NO ONE CAN PASS EVEN IF THE TRAFFIC LIGHT IS GREEN.

1:19:53 That part of the boat is called a keel on larger boats but on small dinghys it’s generally called a centreboard or daggerboard, it stabilises the boat and keeps it from capsizing or getting pushed too much to the side by the wind when it’s coming at you from the side, if you take it out the boat rolls over really easily
my dream is for someday joey to have a 30 min story about his childhood. i want some story time with joey, like we did with the rest of the bois. and for mudan to name the segment," finally joey's character development arc."
1:41:24 It's unfortunatley the same here in germany... my first car in around 2009 had cost me around 300€ but around 600€ for 1 year of insurance and I think 150€ for registration and tax so in total a bit above 1000€ which was 2-3 months worth of a full mini job salary (450€ per month, maximum that was tax-free)
I took the opposite approach to Connor during Sports Days. Instead of signing up for everything, I faked sick and stayed home. I do not speaketh the 'sportsball.'
I love that Connor is wearing the same shirt both in the episode and in the charity stream promo even though they were clearly filmed on different days
As an American, in my school we do have those lunch lines as well most people in high school drive (at least most of the people from 10th grade and above). It’s not just a stereotype lol
Joey: "We got our own seats on the bus." Garnt and Connor: "Yeah, we got our own seats too. That's expected" Me who had to standup for 5 hrs on the bus when going to the ant school trips: *shocked pikachu face*
1:19:50 You're looking for the word "daggerboard". A keel is the fixed version with a counterweightfor more stability, used on most sailboats. Daggerboards have no counterweight, so you need to micromanage your body weight more on boats without a keel Sails, keels and daggerboards all work like wings, providing lift. The keel or daggerboard counteracts the sideways forces produced by the sail, making you go forward instead of sideways. In some cases, the keel can be rotated to move the counterweight, but the keel then cannot provide any lift anymore, so it also has daggerboards. The keel can also refer to the lowest beam on which everything else is built, and it may not be providing lift in that case
There were only 3 of us in the comments that actually commented the correct name... I guess sailing isn't popular anymore?! I gotta go get involved with the Sea Cadets :)
Honestly I feel like even after 1000+ hour in FF14, I can still safely say I still love it to no end. If Garnt is just here for the story then its the best story in any MMO, and one of the best rpg stories in general.

Connor's speed running point in my eyes: Completing 1000 Puzzle for the first time = fun Trying to do that same Puzzle but faster is the same exact Puzzle but with no element of new thinking just doing the same thing faster = boring I'd rather do a bunch of different Puzzle that are difficult rather than do the same Puzzle and have it become easier. Fun is in the grind boys.
I like speedrunning, but I see his point. Speedrunning is different from rage games because instead of mastering a single mechanic, you usually have to master manipulations of the game mechanics to do things faster than intended. Also, if you're a speedrunner, you'll attract interested people to your streams. As a personality with a UA-cam channel to populate from that content, you'll run off a lot of viewers.
This is definitely the most chilled episode since episode 1 of Trash Taste. It feels so weird to not hear any disagreements between the boys for like the entire episode...
I remember doing sports day when I was in sixth form. I was able to convince our teachers that "wii sports" counted and organised an event in our communal area . All of sixth form students competed and we pretty much had a tournament arc haha.
My Dad had an unusual training method for driving. He would randomly pull the keys out of the ignition, turning the car off, and I had to bring the car to a stop without any power steering. Fun times.
1:16:40 me as an American: sports is sports, we got football, baseball, track and basketball that's it. In my school if you wanted to be apart of archery it had to be a club. It doesn't get more American in my school that in my FFA club we have trap shoot events, where we shoot off guns at plates.
To be fair I’ve seen a comment from a 60 year old woman on an episode before lol. I think just about anyone can enjoy the boys talking about random shit, and I for one love the diversity of the TT fanbase.
1:56:50 I remember driving to the store a few months ago and seeing what looked like a 10 year old in the drivers seat passing me by on a somewhat busy road. I was pretty sure he couldn't see the road and could barely see over the steering wheel.
Man after hearing the nice stuff you guys had at school compared to bogus Chicago Public Schools it makes me want to have better for my children when I have some.
Hearing the bois say, "golf is not as physically taxing." Hurt my soul as an individual that plays very competitively but damn their explanations were pretty accurate.
Since Garnt is into story I wonder if he or any of the other TT boys would be interested in Elden ring. Lot of content, good level of difficulty and pretty clear story compared to other Souls games. Def worth a shout it’s pretty fun.
@@josephprasanth4894 No, I’ve competed in many, and taught a few people how to do the lifts. If I were to have the chance to set up a special, it would run like a regular 3 event training day with the boys competing against each other for the last set.
Aussie here. I've volunteered in a few canteens. The primary school one charged an extra .50c for cheese on hot dogs. The high school one I'm currently at does not. We also don't charge for sauces, plastic forks or spoons. Unless you haven't bought any food from the canteen - then it's .10c. School terms - Term 1 - Ja/Feb - about 10 - 11 weeks, then a 2 week break. Term 2 - 10 - 11 weeks, then a 2 week break. Term 3 and 4 are generally 10 weeks each with another 2 week break in between them. Between term 4 and term 1 we have a 6 week break. This includes Xams holidays too. And all up, that add up to 3 months of holidays. Licences depend on the state that you're in. My state you can go for your L's when you're 16 and have to complete 250hrs of driving with a licenced driver in all weather conditions - this includes night driving. Once you've done that you can go for your first set of P's. Which is once you're 17 and have done the required 250hrs.
In south-east Asia the moment u enter the road it's like the initial D drifting during traffic in a 1 meter of width and the whole Alpes under you, If you master the road, you are the master of life. . . . . . . awesome video guys.
59:13 Not a God-Tier runner, but for some advice on long-distance running, it just takes a bit of time to really get at a decent place. I've been doing it for 3 years now and though I'm not very fast, I've managed to cut my time for 2.2 miles down from 40 minutes to about 20 now. Some masochism also helps :)
That challenge and satisfaction Connor is talking about at the beggining is what Dark souls and Elden Ring are all about. and I still dont get why he hasnt finished one
Really late but the thing Conor is talking about for the thing you insert into the sailboat is most probably a daggerboard. it helps to stop the boat from drifting too much. The Keel as shown in the pic is usually fixed and cannot be inserted. A catamaran is usually sailed with 2 grown adults, even the sail version. Why did the madman let a kid/teenager do it alone? sure he was nearby but its definitely not safe for someone that has never really sailed before. The most I'd let someone with no experience touch is a Laser pico, byte or laser radial.

I really hope it was just a slip of the tongue because the noise I made hearing that wasn't human

...coming from a guy who got into the series through Arena.
@Andrew Cheng Well, he mentioned that he downloaded it on his ps4 so that leads me to believe that it's nocturne. I think he has mentioned before that he has played P3.
Connor is basically a shonen protagonist that gave up half way through the series.
I'm in Connor's driving lesson situation now: I'm 21 and I've had quite a few driving lessons since I turned 17 but still haven't got my license or done a test
damn, thats a long time. You'd get a license in like 3 months or less in my country.
I heard in Europe that you can only get hours by driving lessons
In Aus we just drive with mum or dad and forge some hours, tests are expensive tho

1:19:50 You're looking for the word "daggerboard". A keel is the fixed version with a counterweightfor more stability, used on most sailboats. Daggerboards have no counterweight, so you need to micromanage your body weight more on boats without a keel
Sails, keels and daggerboards all work like wings, providing lift.

1:36:25 We have that in France, we have a card with lunch credits and use it to enter the building, then we pick what we want (and there's a lunch man / lunch lady here for serving your chosen main dish). It's not that great in truth, but it's definitely better than having kids use lunch money everyday or eat outside. They just have to fill their card once in a while.
Connor's speed running point in my eyes:
Completing 1000 Puzzle for the first time = fun
Trying to do that same Puzzle but faster is the same exact Puzzle but with no element of new thinking just doing the same thing faster = boring
I'd rather do a bunch of different Puzzle that are difficult rather than do the same Puzzle and have it become easier.
I'm so proud of Garnt for loving FF14

School terms - Term 1 - Ja/Feb - about 10 - 11 weeks, then a 2 week break. Term 2 - 10 - 11 weeks, then a 2 week break. Term 3 and 4 are generally 10 weeks each with another 2 week break in between them.
Between term 4 and term 1 we have a 6 week break. This includes Xams holidays too.
And all up, that add up to 3 months of holidays.

My state you can go for your L's when you're 16 and have to complete 250hrs of driving with a licenced driver in all weather conditions - this includes night driving. Not a God-Tier runner, but for some advice on long-distance running, it just takes a bit of time to really get at a decent place.
