- Chocolate Sommelier, Tamara Butterbaugh of Manoa Chocolate answers one of our more frequently asked questions, "what is Brewing Chocolate?"
Something else we'd like to note about Brewing Chocolate is that it works great for craft beer and home brewing. When mixed with your grains or mash it adds a bitter, rich flavor, great for chocolate stouts, porters, and dark ales. Happy home-brewing!
Kona Brewing Co. has been using it for limited edition batches at their local brew pub in Hawaii Kai.

That sound amazing!!
Something very important is : if you are using the husk + nibs for brewing is MUST absolutely be an ORGANIC CERTIFIED COCOA otherwise you will be sipping a very dangerous drink.....
very nice mam
That’s not a percolator, it’s a drip style coffee maker
You along with the 3 others who liked your comment are also ignorant. That’s not a drip style coffee maker, it’s an immersion brewer for coffee. And percolators are typically synonymous drip coffees so you’ve contradicted yourself.
Im about to make an espresso shot with this.
How'd that occur?

Would love to try. So, $18 /lb I can handle but $10 s/h good grief. Bulk discounts. I would love to try, been drinking coffee since I can remember, now I have palpitations, no more caffeine for me.
Shipping is expensive these days. Delivery guys are not gonna work for free, so who's gonna pay?

Lost me at "no caffeine".
Try it. It has other things that can perk you up in the morning.
