- Come join me for my chocolate obsession that is Crio Bru! I'm going to show you how I make it for maximum chocolatey flavor. We will discuss the health benefits and what kind of flavor options they have available and what you can add into your Crio Bru. Curious where to buy Crio Bru? I'll share that too!

RECIPE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING IN THE INSTANT POT:
-To a pressure cooker, add 8 cups of water and 1/2 cup of crio bru grounds.
-Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
-When done you can quick release or natural release.
-Strain your Crio Bru with a fine mesh strainer.
-Store finished Crio Bru in the fridge and warm up a cup when ready to drink!

My decaf coffee has only 2mg of caffeine. I just got this Crio Bru, so I'm going to try it.
No worries. No guilt. Caffeine amount is nothing.
I drink coffee black, so it plain, in that pretty cup looked good!🤎
Oh yes - you'll love it straight out of the brew! It takes awhile to get used to liking it that way, but I feel like it takes on a more bitter "chocolate tea" if you will. So yummy!

I did the Insta pot method a couple years ago with it, but I had issues with the grounds going up the valve I ended up using a basket for it

Honestly - I'm not sure why! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Haha! You can compare it to a brand called "choffee". I've never personally tried theirs, but it sounds like the same thing.
