    I can vouch for these three balance exercises. When I was picking up my dry cleaning on the bad side of town I was jumped by three black dudes…pretty sure they were gang bangers. Anyway practicing these three balance exercises allowed me to take out all three thugs with head kicks. I’m just glad I was wearing my baggy pants that day…
