siquijor is well known for being a mystical island. old folklore says that a lot of filipino mystical creature inhabits the island such as "aswang" or "wakwak". maybe because it has a mystical vibes simply because of how beautiful the beaches and forest are in the island.
i've travelled with a suitcase before... and i always give a sigh whenever i see stairs... and walking in a less crowded street while pulling your suitcase, the tire is a bit loud. so if your backpacking, use a backpack. if youre staying in just one area and never change hotel for weeks. suitcase is better in organizing.

You should have tried the Sambulawan underground river, a new spot in lazi siquijor. It is 15-30 minutes drive away from Cambugahay.
