Tips for productivity- getting my ADHD diagnosis really helped me. It can look different for women but understanding the neurotype and working with my brain instead of against it really helped me let go of the anxiety, pressure, feeling of not being productive enough and the decision paralysis and perfectionism….
I’ll be real with you-I used to be proper lazy. You know the days: wake up late, scroll endlessly on your phone, and before you know it, it’s evening, and you’ve done absolutely nothing. That was me. But one day, I thought, “Enough is enough. I can’t keep wasting my time.” So I gave myself a challenge: I’d try just one day of being productive, and if I could do it once, then maybe I could do it again. How I did it? Started with One Win - Made my bed. Small win, momentum sorted. Wrote Down 3 Things - Limited my tasks for the day. Easy to face, easy to finish. Phone Out of Sight - Left it in another room. No distractions, lol, but for real, I did and it worked. Timed Focus Blocks - 2 hours work, short break after. Got Some Fresh Air - Quick 20-minute evening walk. To clear my head and think! I Stopped Aiming for Perfect - Trust me the first day was great, second was good but the third day after that was hell, it wasn't easy, and trust me it takes time.
Ciao, Shea, were you the girl with a covid mask that i saw today in Via delle Moline? xD I don't know if that was you but surely I saw a girl with beautiful light blue eyes and fair beautiful appearance! God knows :D I wanted to say hi but of course i both wasn't sure that were you, and even so I wouldn't go against someone's privacy in public as it's a molestive attitude! Btw, it's ok to have very few productive days, nay, it's 100% human! And even days in which we just wanna stay in bed all day and see noone. Oh, i'll tell you, it's not even few days, it's many days, but that is just being human! that pasta + salad chicken :))) very relatable

Such a cozy vlog! I also don't like grocery shopping. I mainly do online pickup.
Thank you! Yeah I love being able to order or just pickup is great too. Anything to avoid the chaos of grocery stores 😂
Love your videos ❤
That gym looks pretty nice!
It is! I’m happy with it 😊
Happy to see you back 😊😊
Thank you! 💕
Happy to see you back, Shea, do you mind naming the app for groceries delivery?
Cheers from Morocco!
Thanks! The app is called Everli
Last video was ' solo ' trip to Prague. Definitely was getting concerned about you. Great to see you're ok and putting out more videos.
Oh I do solo trips all the time! No need to worry 😂 I actually love travelling solo. Yes I’m all good, just lots of work going on!

Still dreaming about that lasagna 😋
So good 🥰
Chocolate lava muffins? Must search for them then.
Yeah they’re so good! I’ve only seen them at Lidl so far in the frozen section but maybe other big stores have them.
