My favorite night routine is to go to my terrace and just let mind wander looking at the night sky and then listen to music eyes closed without using my phone. I enjoy it quite a bit as I usually do something when I listen to music during the day, I curate a queue of songs and just allocate 20-30 minutes for music before sleep.
I did a 5am wakeup on weekdays for a number of years, to build some writing time into my schedule. I eventually stopped when I reached a point where my writing time wasn't nearly as productive as it had been and I found my sleep needs increasing. (Granted, I'm in my 50s, so none of this is unexpected...but I've also found that I'm a night person by temperament, but I've been forced by life circumstances--meaning 'work'--to become a morning person. I have a feeling when I retire, I will revert within weeks to being up until 2am on a regular basis!)
I know it sounds weird haha but when I cannot fall asleep for some reason, holding my breath for long periods of time somehow make me fall asleep very fast after
I thought you brought up a really great point at 11:00 -i.e., we work so hard to free up extra hours in the day, but we don't know what to do once we finally have them Also my night routine is literally watching your vlogs while I prep for the next day 💀

No way I could do this without something to actually do during the day! Right now my goal is to go to bed earlier to enjoy the morning a little bit more, still waking up at 8:30/9:00. And my favorite time of the day trying to do this is bedtime! Because I try to relax, and currently I'm reading a very good book, and yesterday I spent like two hours reading 😍 I'm falling in love again with reading, and I'm so happy about it becuse the last year I spent months in which reading was difficult bevause of my anxiety
My night routine in order: 1. Microwave milk for 2 minutes 30 seconds 2. Stargaze in my front of my house or my backyard 3. Finish my 5 minute journal of the night 4. Play BGM on UA-cam Music. 5. Maybe read a book to fall asleep better 6. Sleep I hope you can find something from me. ❤

I am a night owl 😂tried to get up early or sleep early, but usually failed. Last night I slept at 4am and woke up at 1pm😢😢😢This is absolutely unhealthy!!!After watching this video, i decide to wake up at 7am for the next week. Maybe for get up early the most important thing is to find something to do and this can become a motivation 🎉I want to visit a market which only opens in the morning. Thanks for sharing your video.❤
