@@Droz6209 I got my ecu and wiring harness I’m waiting on my bell housing adapter by pcm or whatever the company is called. Umm for the xi BMWs you can’t use the 4wd you’ll have to use a rwd trans

I think it can work as long as I get the correct rear diff with the RWD ratios or upgrade to a 335 rear diff. I’m looking to stay NA, so I don’t think I need to upgrade beyond that. Also, I need the sub frame from a RWD to make all this fit.

I have a Alpine white 2010 e92 335i xdrive manual (no idrive) that I'm super torn on swapping but I really want a v8 manual. Coyote would be sweet but there is more support for LS swap.
You would be better looking a at a m3 🤷🏻♂️ in my case to buy a e92 lets say 10k engine 5k ls2 30k km, new t56 trans 4k, dual clutch 2k , ecu/harnes 2k, headers 2k, cams 1k, swap kit 1k, drive shaft 1k, small stuff 1k, rims 3k, your looking at for sure a 35k usd and that is if you do everything your self so not including labour.

The stock n52/n53 is 280BHP tunned then with a few other bits you can get them to 290BHP. This is only 322BHP, its gained 32BHP 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂, whats the point amazing idea but zero point? I note the torque has been raised but pointless, i was thinking you were gonna hit way over 400 BHP and way over 600BHP with a super charger. The bmw 650 (orignal version)has a 5.0 v8 and thats 370bhp. Or use the m3 s65, thaTs 414BHP and came be tunned to 450BHP and over 600BHP with a super charger (BEST SOUNDING V8 FOR THE CONSUMMER MARKET) OVERALL you amazing concept but the end result took a dive!

Plus with these engine management systems like JB4, (which I’m not a fan of) You’re constantly monitoring if there’s detonation or anything else that wrong❗️

It was full bolt ons with upgraded Pure stage 2 turbos & I haven’t had one issue, one dash light nothing! I’m in the process of doing single turbo! If I put this single turbo on it, tune it to 600 wheel hp. It’ll last forever if I have the right people tune it (Motiv or Wedge Performance)! If I put E85 in it & make 750+ wheel & beat it all the time yeah it’ll blow up eventually. What other engine do you know of that makes 300hp from the factory you can do this with, besides the 2JZ….none! How do you think the B58 & S58 are making 800-1000hp all the time now, the N54! If you put rods, pistons & one piece cam spline in a N54, you can make 800 wheel & maintain for yrs! You can make a lot more than 800, im just saying. The N54 is an incredible platform & I love owning one! Another to note, my car has 44k original miles. A lot of these cats are pushing 750+ wheel on engines that have almost 200k miles & im sure they weren’t maintained all those miles. Even if they were, 750 from a car that left the dealer with 300 with a 180k on it isn’t a pos cause it blew a yr or two after you were pushing crazy hp through it! Plus a lot of these guys don’t read their logs, car should be logged every time you’re going to do a pull if you wanna know what’s going on inside……🤷🏻♂️
My N54 car has stage 1 turbos(upgraded stock size) and “full bolt ons. Its great. Makes 5xxwhp. This will live an eternity longer and give comparable performance naturally aspirated. And when failures do occur, it’ll cost way less.

You can use the bmw trans if you wish yes, and keeping the AWD is tricky I’m not sure if that has been done yet.
