CBC seems to be equivocating by avoiding mention of the Pakistan military's long track record of military coups and even political assassinations and executions. What's also not mentioned are the vast networks of business enterprises run by the military, who feel they have a lot to lose if their wings are clipped by Imran Khan. Meanwhile, Pakistan's poor are starving as food riots break out in the face of economic mismanagement by Pakistan's current ruling govt.

Hat's off to Imran's patience, dedication and commitment towards his country. He has suffered a lot and still holds courage to fight for his people.

You should have mentioned the case against him for which he was arrested for. He was arrested for taking the land from a developer/businessman around 460 kanal or so which is around 60 acres and in return, he gave the developer £190 million back so he paid his fines with that money 😂 but that wasnt the developer money it was govt of pak money cuz Uk govt siezed the developer money in Uk and sent it to pak Govt. Plz do your homework next time, and you are welcome 👍

Imran khan is an honest and true leader. These opposition political parties have join forces, And he's trying everything so he won't stand in the next election. But people know who is the true leader.
I respect everyones' opinions and I would like to share mine. The situation in Pakistan is very well-described in the novel "1984 by George Orwell" imo. People who don't study history in an international context tend to be a victim of false information spread by media. People need to search for themselves about whats right and whats wrong via sources like print media, history and need to be "open to consider others' opinions". Relying on social media and news channels can be dangerous. People need to double check whether or not whats been said by the people around is true or not. At the end, I must say its just my opinion and it can be right or wrong. I am against Imran Khan and I fully support Nawaz Sharif. Also, I don't mind if people respectfully disagree with my thoughts because after all everyone has a right to freedom of expression. Thanks

Why do they care so much about one guy?
This one guy has done so much for the people of Pakistan in 3 and half years that people who were in power for 40+ years couldn't do...because they increased their bank accounts and build there own family empires. Hope you understand why we care about this ONE person!!!
