Initially he did what ISI told him thinking that they are men in uniform who are protecting the country. Handing funds to ISI's right hand $billionaire Malik Riaz was one of those things. Very quickly he started refusing them. He didn't take any money for himself and that's why he got the balls to do it within 1st year of his reign. He was then ousted out within 3 years. I think ISI wanted to remove him within few months but due to COVID shut down, it took 3 years.

I have watched Imran Khan play at the Eden Gardens Kolkata. What a marvellous cricketer..fast bowler, batsman and a great captain. Everyone no matter which country admired him for his talent.
