I just lost my Mama (God Rest her Soul) a few months ago...
    This video warms my heart...
Yous two are adopted brothers to me from now on... ya hear?
Half of my family is Italian (D'Alessio)...
I'm used to a big family... I'm the oldest of 5 kids
but being I'm 68 years old, a lot of my family are gone. (sad)...
Thank you both for making these great videos...
    Chow

One of my all time favorite dishes to both eat, and cook... I absolutely love the taste of the Marsala wine! I was very fortunate to have known my great grandfather, and he lived in Cobble Hill. For lunch he would have a raw onion and a glass of Marsala wine. Lived to 96, gotta be a connection there, right?! As always, excellent job brothers!

    Gentlemen -
I am 58 and have Never cooked a recipe until recently. I do the Grilling and stay out of the kitchen. I watched this video a few times and decided to make it, and bought Good Marsala as suggested. It was my family of 4, and son's GF. 3 of us had Seconds and every plate was clean! Thank you!

Some aromas you never forget, and Marsala wine is one of them! 😊 I thank you too on the tip of which Marsala to buy. I’m not very good at choosing any wine. I just know I love it…especially Marsala and homemade versions! Yummy 🍷🍷
