I guess you can download the youtube audio then cut it according to the clip you want. Afterwards you go to your ringtones and add it.

I’m chilling in English class, my phone is on silent in my backpack. Out of nowhere, my mom butt dials me and I have her on emergency bypass so the ringtone will play on silent. I have the mommy’s on the phone ringtone on and my entire class, including my teacher, dies. Fast forward a day and she has told every class about it. Left and right, everyone in my grade is asking me what the ringtone is. I was barely embarrassed. I thought it was funny as hell.
