@Picolate They had a larger roster than ever before so they would of needed more time, money and code to do it.
@@picolete they put too many characters in the game, because of that they sacrificed the quality of the fatalities. They ran out of memory space for more detailed fatalities.

Motor Kombat was more fun than it had any right to be.
If it had more characters and tracks it would have been awesome.
It's sucks that there weren't anymore tracks. I would love to play the tracks that were in the teaser.
There's enough content in MK for them to make a fully fledged Motor Kombat game and I would absolutely buy that.

I have to admit thou, i actually *REALLY* liked Taven, Daegon and their Story. I mean, Taven and his brother Daegon are 2 of the most powerful characters in the MK Franchise. They are both sons of an elder god and a powerful sorceress and Taven proved strong enough to defeat the likes of Sub-Zero, Raiden, Scorpion and Goro. I find it sad that people see them both as „wasted“ and „bad“ characters.

Armageddon Konquest was better than the previous two + Mythologies + Special Forces all combined. They did a masterful job there
If only the MC you were playing with in Konquest had an actual character and the plot wasn't trash. I don't see what was masterful about it.

Many people dislike it but I adore MK Armageddon - over 60 fighters, amazing konquest mode, fun motor kombats and Kreate-A-Fighter mode, air combos, huge amount of different arenas and soundtracks, Sareena, Stryker's coolest outfit, best intro ever...
Blaze is a very cool boss. I know, I'm in minority with this
Sareena should return for MK12.

That was really bad.
The roster is the definition of "quantity over quality" and why NRS hasn't tried to stuff their games with a ton of characters since then, because they know characters will eventually start to play too much like each other. There's so much you can do with that many characters without stretching the variety to its limits. The roster in this game is actually an huge negative against it and i have no clue why they decided to do this in the first place.
I never knew why no one ever didn't like this game. I loved the many things about this game. Loved the story, karting, and especially the kreate a fighter. Hell I MADE ZAHEER

Sareena was my favorite kharacter in this game.
I was happy to see her in the MKX story mode.
She should return for MK12.
Her moveset was really good.
(I like her knifes projectiles) and I like her backstory.

MY first MK was 2 on the genesis, but this was my favorite just because of the huge cast, motor kombat, and the create-a-character. the campaign mode was weird, but kind of a nice change of pace.

How can a game contain both my absolute most favorite and absolute least favorite aspects of the series at the same time?
I LOVE: Motor Kombat, Kreate-a-Character, Proximity-Based Stage Fatalities, Full Roster
I HATE: Samey Fighters, Lack of Unique Fatalities, anything having to do with Taven.
In the end, I still love Armageddon but I would have a rough time recommending it to anyone else.
Taven was fine and the characters weren't samey. Plus unique fatalities weren't good until X

Honestly, not one for the whole remake/remaster thing most of the time, but if Netherrealm announced and MK Armageddon remaster with some improvements like actual fatalities and stuff from the newer games like X-rays and stage props, I'd be all over that.
