I really appreciate your ability interface with Garmin. I just upgraded my mixed Garmin RV7 panel with all Garmin. It was really challenging and took weeks. Your system makes more sense. Having to hard wire electronics in today's world seems crazy. Especially knowing you will want to upgrade every 10 years or less. Your plug and play system is great! Wish I had used your system.
Thank you for this video! Very informative and I cant wait to order the rest of my panel from you! I already have the servos, antennas and pitot/AOA installed :)
That looks great! Was wondering if anything simpler and lighter can replace the d-sub connectors? These things along with the harnesses look quite bulky. But I like the frontal look of the instrument panel overall, it's not heavy or busy for the eyes.
I have used any of your products personally but love what you guys are doing. I have to ask though if it is that easy to install why does it cost an arm and a leg for labor?
Whatever happened to just looking out the canopy and enjoying the vision of flight? I used to drive Airbus planes as a living but loved flying, I mean really flying with as little as possible by way of fancy stuff!
Does the G5 pull altimeter from the AFS PFD or do you have to update both? Can the G5 drive the AFS autopilot if you lose a screen or are you hand flying totally?
Lynol, single p-mag switch module is also an option. It looks just like the one in the video except with only one CB switch. You would continue to use the keyswitch position for your regular mag.

So cool- you guys might be the best thing going in GA.
Hi Rob, good to see you... and my panel works just perfect.... best avionics ever!
That’s impressive. True plug and play. The harnesses look like a great simplification.
Oh man! That is a better mouse trap....You're getting my biz when the time comes.

Absolutely incredible, Rob! Thank you for all your help. It just keeps getting better!

Great system, but how much?
Where do I sign! This is perfect. I want to keep the initial panel within a $10K budget and grow it to IFR

I want to build an RV-7 with PIC in the right seat, but easily switchable to the left seat for a future owner or partner.
Will need this when I decide to get my RV-14A
That's exactly the panel I'm looking for !
He should have said how much a basic vfr panel cost

That hasn't gone away. By reducing pilot cognitive loading, glass cockpits let pilots spend more time enjoying their flight.
Not everyone has the same mission, experimental allows customization for different missions.

I know autopilot is built into the HDX. Do you make a small auto pilot panel that interfaces to the controller?
Think I’ll get this for my 7,what is the lead time.
You showed mag panel and p-mag panel. Do you have a switch panel for 1 mag and 1 p-mag?
Lynol, single p-mag switch module is also an option. It looks just like the one in the video except with only one CB switch. You would continue to use the keyswitch position for your regular mag.
Yes we do
Is there a Garmin free panel?
Most of our IFR panels have an Avidyne IFD Navigator
"inexpensive" only about $8k +
Go compare to a "certified" panel, my friend. Have some medics nearby to treat you for severe sticker shock.
