- Get to know Mike Seager - A Vans Aircraft Transition trainer for their popular series of high performance aircraft. Mike talks about the different aircraft he teaches in and and with 18,000 hours with 12,000 in Vans Airplanes, Mike is an expert on safety and the subject of learning to fly these popular planes.
Mr. Seager. You are living (and have lived) the life that most of us can only dream about! Great video - thanks for allowing us to see how you go about your daily life. Thanks, N-6395T & B-6370 PCA/USPA
Mike gave me the best lesson I ever had! Nice guy too!
I had training from Mike more than a couple of years ago for my RV-4-totally ready in a couple of flights...great training!!
Beautiful flying. When it said that Mike had a wild side I totally predicted it was going to be RC helis and airplanes!
I wonder why anyone would put an airspeed indicator on a plane in "mph". It just seems silly. I think a big part of it is that the numbers are higher and it makes the plane sound faster.
How long does a training course typically take? Do you have and train in all the models you mentioned or just the RV-7?
Do you have to have your tail stagger endorsement before the transition training on an RV7? Or can you earn it as part of the transition? How long does the transition training usually take?
Beautiful airplane beautiful car! I want an RV-7 soo bad!
Great video! I need to finish my RV.
What is Vq?
That is a beautiful plane
RV-👍👍👍👍👍
Your voice is far superior to what they call "elevator" music. DOT retired lawyer - father born Michigan 1910 met Henry Ford and worshiped him. I went to Hotchkiss with Bill Ford 1973 CT.
Where you located you can find me on Facebook rv 4 almost ready 4 hrs tailwheel no endorsement
Solo from the right seat. I guess after 12k hrs of instructing he is just more at home there.
A piper cub will make you a better tailwheel pilot
Sigh! Another unwatchable video due to the annoyingly loud "music".
