Your video quality was great and I enjoyed it a lot. That said, I think you really missed out on a ton of features that matter to the average person. The stuff you did review was great. But you left out the fact that Anker is a giant hockey puck while the DJI is a super sleek tiny mic. You left out a look at receiver functionality. Can you control the gain on individual transmitters? Do they all have headphone jacks? Safety tracks for clipping? Mounting options? Etc. Again I appreciate what you reviewed a lot. But you left out so many crucial features. There is just no comparison overall. The DJI is the best prosumer wireless mic set by far when the whole package is considered.
Hi Thanks so much for the comments. This was actually the second half of a two part review we did on this mic. I didn’t want an hour long documentary on it so we went over the details of the Ankerwork the week before. One surprise we did have was the anker had a much nicer sound than the dji and a much quieter noise floor both of which I think should matter the most to any film maker. And honestly the dji transmitter is heavier than the ankerwork and pulls on my shirt more; the are almost exactly the same size. Truth is I would not use either of them though as clips ons for client work I will use them with lavs for sure so in that size matters less. I have used tge dji alot since last summer but I am grabbing the anker more and more for the quality of sound. Thanks again for the great feedback we do appreciate it always. Out of curiosity are you using any lavs with the dji? If so what brand?
Great review! Finally someone tested the noise floor of the AnkerWork M650! I've watched over a dozen videos with no luck. Any chance you could do some lav mic tests on the AnkerWork M650 to check for sound quality and radio interference? Keep up the great work, fellow Canucks!
Great review! I still like my Deity Pocket. It sounds really good with my voice. I'm glad you did this review, Amanda. It's hard to find women testing microphones and our voices sound so much different than a guys low timbre. I do like the on board recording. My Deity doesn't have that.

Hello. tell me please, in ankerwoks m650 you can connect to the transmitter ,,line in,, instead of a lavalier microphone, so that there is an interlocutor in one channel, and music in the background in the second? And when connected to a smartphone, can I charge the smartphone through the receiver?
