I have this mic but my audio somehow have a subtle noise which really annoying when I bump up the dialogue volume. Have you experienced the same thing?

i currently own the dji mic and they are good and even those at $350 arent perfect. I may like these, they are very simular in many aspects

What originally "sold" me on the DJI was the easy plug and play compared to a similar Rode or others. Since you could not compare the Comica or really cover how plug and play it is, and since I have not ordered the DJI, I will try to find a side-by-side comparison of the Comica to the DJI and then try to make a decision.

ive plugged my device into my laptop looking for an audio folder to pop up but there's no folder! Please help, how do I pull the audio from this thing.
There's no internal memory in these microphones, so it won't record anything on its own. You need to use them along with a camera.

Seems like a nice piece of kit but I notice you didn't mention anything about internal recording so I'm assuming that means that's not a feature that's included. Hardly surprising at this price point, but that's a deal-breaker for me unfortunately since that's a bit of redundancy I don't think I'd want to do without...

Is it possible to pair the transmitters directly to a phone via bluetooth and forgoe the transmitter?
Kind of muted/muffled sound compared to your shotgun mic. Besides that, when reading Amazon reviews, the worst thing to worry about is the build quality since about 10% of customers are reporting it only lasting a few months. I'm still thinking of jumping on this since it is only a little over a hundred bucks now.

Hi, I have a macbook air with only thunderbolt and 3.5mm slot. Is there any reason why I can't choose the device (Comica boomXD) in sound "input" ? It doesn't seem to work on my computer in zoom. Can anyone help please ? Thanks!

agreed... I hate companies that are nicle and diming. I agree that depending on the mic you may not need to include a dead cat, but... don't be greedy for those that want/need it. it shows no customer appreciation and opens the door for aftermarket to service your customer.

I think for larger microphones you need more than just a dead cat fur to put over your foam cover. You really need a blimp and a dead cat setup. Those little wind filters included with the wireless lav mics work OK, but nowhere near as good as an isolating blimp. That air volume between the dead cat and the microphone body is what does a lot of the work. Excellent video, though. I love your work!

No onboard recording is a deal breaker.
Why do you you say “there was no money exchanged” when in fact there was! THEY SENT YOU FREE PRODUCT! And guess what bro? That’s money to the rest of us. I hear that so much from UA-camrs such as yourself and it kinda sticks in my craw! I’m not sayin that you’re a crook or anything, but why can’t it be said that you are getting paid for making this video? “Vimo sent me this for free but they had no say so in my review whatsoever.” It could be as simple as that. (I bought the Vimo C and have yet to use it.)
I get what you're saying but for all anyone knows I had to send the product back afterwards depending on the video. If I'm not being paid directly with currency I don't think it really counts that they sent me a product that I may or may not have to send back to them. The other thing the disclaimer is for is to remind people that the company sending their product have no say over what I'm saying in the video review itself.

Because Rode didn't include a dead cat you're never buying a Rode mic again? That's beyond petty.
No because rode charges $40 or like 40% of the cost of the mic itself for a deadcat I'll never buy another rode mic. This isn't a Sennheiser mkh 416 or something - it's a hundred dollar mic. And now I have to pay almost half of that to use it when it's windy? And pay that much for a piece of foam with hair on it? If anything that PRICE is petty.
