Well the Tiger is Fire and Forget Missle and the Apaches have the same Missles + a Gimble 30mm cannon.
I do good with a Viper aganst this KA 50/52, they are not that OP as it looks like

Ahhh yes, the most well known and reliable A2A weapon in the game. The Vihkr, the one that cannot be fouled by countermeasures, evasive maneuvers, or even missing the target, as it detonates with the force of a thousand Suns and and has a wider frag column than either Sparrow or R-23. Meanwhile Hellfires are braindead and the 114L is nowhere in sight.
becuz balans. If youre a good ka52 pilot you can completely rule the entire game. SPAA is no problem because you have Vihkrs and dumb rockets to proxy their SAMs. Aircraft are no problem because you have the radar (which is extremely powerful) and Vihkrs, as well as Iglas if you really want to. Good luck getting IR or SARH missiles to work on helis, even in Pulse Doppler mode.
So basically you have a vehicle that can easily defend itself from any type of threat that it may face, as well as 12 missiles that are insanely effectively at destroying every vehicle type in game.
And you can spawn it in kitted for less than it costs for me to take an 11.0 Jet with NO ARMAMENT

I love how you fly smoothly and maintain your position. I don't have any problems with my Apache but when I try to sneak and hover with the Ka-50, it goes up and my position is revealed.

What a Sexy helicopter
War Thunder would be lot more interesting if the tanks got a trophy system. New Light for the Americans, Arena for the Russians etc etc. It would be great from a tankers point, but you couldn't fire one missile at a time like this, you'd have to overwhelm the system to sneak a missile in.
2 consecutive missle's with a short time gap should do the job
but how does trophy system perform against top down attack mode of the hellfire ?

A little bit sad for the first guy you killed, and then the second rocket of the video claps him right after he spawns an ADATS because, Revenge! but not revenge, only Disappointment. Except he was secretly proud to have been smoked by Hunter :) . Also slick taking out the three tanks with missiles in the air, nice timing.

The sounds are actually terrible. Sure the sound quality is just fine, but the sound doesnt reflect what is actually going on at all. If you jump into a game like DCS you can tell almost exactly what is going on with your helicopter just by listing to it. Here it is just the same static sound that changes even if you yank the collective all the way up from the floor. Not that it really matters in war thunder as the helicopter flight model is pretty bad and the information you would gain from the sounds probably isnt even simulated.
@@epicgamer42069 that doesn’t really matter. To the majority of players in war thunder, Because the gameplay, overall is supposed to be. Fun but not two ‘realistic’.. and for me I don’t really mind the same sounds.
@@JosephStalin-yk2hd I can agree with you that the sounds dont really matter in war thunder. I just can't agree that the sounds are incredible. I personaly dont really notice the lack of detail in the sound myself as I am to bussy noticing the dogshit flight model and everything else wrong with helicopters in this game. I am not saying that the dogshit flight model means the game is bad or not fun, me personally I would not enjoy helicopters in this game because of the flight model, but that is me. And a realistic flight model would suck playing on keyboard and mouse like most war thunder players do.
It hurt to see him kill the chopper in the beginning it sucks so bad on the receiving end dying to a ka50/52 from far out not even knowing it coming..

Hey Hunter why didn't you lock onto the targets? You manually guided the missiles...
Many targets get a warning and direction the laser is coming from. If I see a warning from somewhere out in the middle of nowhere, I know it's a heli.

Its not so overpowerd as it used to be. Gajin made cost of SP to spawn with 20 nuke rockets almost as high as with vikhrs.

No, not in this game. SAMs might work if they werent spawned in same tiny area all the time and even then they should outnumber 10:1 to even have a chanse against KA helicopters, they are just that OP

There were more than a few times I could've got this guy if I had my British Apache and some starstreaks out.
Hellfires also work against hostile rotors. They track ALOT better than you'd think.
My tip? Pack hydras, use those to detonate the Vikhrs. I'm almost 100% sure you can still use that tactic.

Ka-52 can carry more missiles 12xVikhr + 8x Igla
Mi-28NM has better radar, better fov for 30mm cannon and can use khrizantema missiles.

Is there much use for the Igla's? I find Vikhr's fine for air targets. How is the NM's handling and survivability? And have you played much with the khriz missiles? Sorry for all the questions!

Thanks a lot, I definitely remember the U.S forces, I was 17 years old at 2003 and we saw a lot of Strykers, Abrams tanks, Bradleys, Apaches .. etc, we even met with couple of soldiers and had some chats about their M4s and equipment like night visions and helmets when they were friendly at the start of the invasion but to be honest with you I hated what they did to the country in the following years, the idea of the invasion was a mistake in my opinion, the whole region got negatively affected by and for what? For some naive lie called "Weapons of Mass Destruction", and even USA negatively affected, economically and militarily. I live in Jordan now because Iraq is a mess.

Vikhir missiles are overpowered as hell. hellfires dont even stand a chance. the Apache Longbow should get its radar guided hellfires to compensate or vikhirs should lose their proxy fuze on aircraft

all that giving radar atgms will do is speed up the time it will take gaijin to give us variable smoke screen loadouts at which point russians will exclusively take chaff smoke.
They have proxy fuse, but surely can noet be used against supersonic jets. Dunno what g they can pull in the game, but it is definitelly wrong
@@kerosenevapor1430 I've done a bit of testing with vikhrs against jets, if your going above 800kmh you will out run the Vikhr in all aspects bar front.
