    Absolutely love this podcast. I’m a 49 year old corporate pilot. I moved to Miami 2 years ago with my wife and we are killing it out here in the industry. I still feel low and a bit lethargic. I love the checklist. I’m also have a commercial helicopter cert but haven’t flown one in years. This whole podcast makes me feel really good as a man. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

    I got my drive from my mother father wasn't much in the picture seeing her figure out how to take care of 5 kids by herself and always telling me that cant wasnt a word we used in our family helped me push in my miltary career and helped me grow as a better man then my father ever was and im proud of her drilling them ethos into my head and heart

    Cant quit, wont quit mentality is the biggest pain in the rear to have, cause no matter how many times you fail you will keep on going till you succeed. Just need that one thing to work. Still looking for my one thing to work but not giving up. Thanks for your podcast, keeps me going and is my escape from facing my shit in the real world for a couple of minutes before i get back to grinding it out again. Much love from South Africa

    Amazing checklist items from this episode! Another good item to piggyback off the journaling with writing out what you are grateful for is to send out three gratitude text messages to those people who give you light in your life!

    Apparel designer and technologist here. Although I thought you'd go a bit deeper into the story of born primitive, this was an interesting conversation. Cool to be virtually at a table with such interesting characters. I don't have brothers and I don't have a partner, but if I did, I would hope they would be something like you guys. I am going to subscribe and look forward to learn from you and watch this podcast grow.

    This is the first podcast I ever have managed to watch fully. I was interested in the clothes, but during the whole thing, all the subjects were interesting, and I could not stop watching. SUPER podcast... congrats. I will check the possibility of getting some merch from Bear and from you guys to Brazil.

    I don’t know the best way to reach you guys so I’m commenting here hoping you’ll see it. BTW love the podcast. I find these topics and subjects of discussion to be super interesting. Although I think I’d be a great idea to “spice” it up a bit listening to you guys talk for an hour can put me to sleep. What I would LOVE to see is a new game you guys to half way through the video or an activity that involves the audience or the comment section from the prior video. Let me know what you think on that and I’d love to see if it changes anything 🤙🏻💯

    Cool podcast! I am one of those odd shaped people and I have been looking for good jeans and shirts and for years I have been looking for a better fit and the material out there is lacking or my size seems to make it not fit right , allot of the time I wear army pants, love the pockets. I am a veteran and I like the black pants HEAVY D. is wearing, my budget is tight so Thanks for the discount! I will do my best to order in before I miss this discount, if I dont I will still goto websight and check it out and will try the pants, because I need them because I have worn out the ones I have because I have not liked what is out there and the ones I have had to be worn out to wear good! Lol! So this was great podcast because It let me know about your company. I am excited to try the pants , and see what else you offer!

    People are so afraid that today's youth want to be video influencers. They'd be shocked and amazed to see what all that consists of. With influences like Dave and Diesel and Matt Carriker, WD, Keaton and so many others, people want to work, they want to accomplish things.
    Now with Bear's gear, they can do it in comfort and style, and save some time, energy and money while doing it.
    You guys are healing the world

      I'm actually concerned with that guy's daughter that he'll cut off at 18. She is currently receiving a firehose full of support. He plans to just shut it off. I'm sure she is stressing right now about her future. He makes too much for her to receive most grants. Her plans for an IVY league school are over in her mind. She won't be able to afford that. She can always join the military for some school assistance, or there's OnlyFans. I don't understand his mindset on this one. If I was that kid, I wouldn't be thinking straight right now. On another note, these guys need to stop interrupting each other, and the guest. Damn, they interrupted him so much. Was it supposed to his checklist or your guy's? Holy Hell.

    • @ignorantlyspeaking
      @ignorantlyspeaking 10 місяців тому

      @@EditingWithPopPop If Keaton has had this mindset for most of his child's life, then he has communicated these intentions for a very long time.
      He will have conditioned her to expect this to be her future, and she would believe she wants to prove that she can accomplish anything.
      Keaton might seem rough around the edges, but he's not just showing these kids what exists and that those things are achievable and attainable. He's also exposing them to how it is done, and instilling in them what it takes to make it happen.
      It would be unfortunate if he just shut his kids off with no warning. Keaton is an intelligent man, he knows that people don't function that way. Every exposure and condition makes for a completely different human, even if two were brought up equally. Perception dictates everything. Not even conjoined twins live in the same house.

      @@ignorantlyspeaking From the video, it sounds like she recently found out and advised her mom about the situation. It seems like they are not in a happy place. Conditions can change in the next 6-7 years. I hope for the best for her.

    • @ignorantlyspeaking
      @ignorantlyspeaking 10 місяців тому

      @@EditingWithPopPop Being 12 and having 5+ years to figure it out is both crushing and reasonable.
      12 is a tough age, and I'm sure even tougher mentally when you have had grand spoils. Taking things away from people is usually a counterproductive move, 12 year olds might be some of the worst, even just the sentiment.
      12 is a great age for learning though, if I had a my own education system, I probably wouldn't even start classroom learning until around the age of 12. This is a perfect time for her to learn.
      It would be terrible to have had her had future plans and really mapped out her life only for everything to change beyond her control, but even that could be argued it's a great lesson for how the world actually is.
      As cliche as it is, the best thing she can learn is mindset, to find the blessing in every curse and the reward behind every obstacle.
      That's not my way parenting though, I am a dynasty minded guy. I instill how to learn and how to take advantage of opportunities. That way I never have to take anything away. We build upon buildings, and beyond. There is no pinnacle to our mountain. I just do my best to make sure every generation is better than the last, but grateful for their time and contributions to the world.
      Unfortunately, I do not have biological children of my own, but that does not make a difference to our empire.
      Just for measure, Keaton The Muscle Hoskins is doing much better than myself and my dynasty at this time, so I'm not saying my way is superior.
