I also wanted to say that I highly recommend you look into psilocybin and into ketamine, which are both huge for PTSD and its resulting depression/anxiety. They've helped me and many others a whole lot, and the research studies on psilocybin mushrooms in particular, and their incredibly helpful effects on those struggling with PTSD; are really hopeful for the future of psychiatric medicine.

My favorite sleep music 🙏 I most enjoy when there are nature sounds added to your singing bowls. I love how you added the rain and thunder to the crystal bowls. I feel the Thunder acts like gongs to break up any energy blocks that are large and the rain does it more gently and the Crystal bowls even more gently.... very good.....very smart..... thank you!
