Manual 6-speed transmission is the way to go... Some of the new automatics might be a little bit faster but it's all about the Driving Experience for me.
You don’t have to spend 50-60k on the roush badging! Just find a new base gt for 30k and have the dealer put a roush s/c on. I walked out with a 670hp car for 39995$ with 3yr 36k mile warranty.
Bought my '15 GT Premium for 33k, it has basic mods and GT350 rims/blacked out. Spent 10k, for a 3.2L Kenne Bell, install, Dyno Tune, 680RWHP and will blow the mook of this Roush, total out the door 45k with tax, title, license n shit and it's got 15k miles on it. I don't need Roush badging lol.
If you ever have the chance, you should try driving the 2018 Mustang GT that has the stage 3 Roush setup. Thing pushes 727 horsepower on 93 octane and can come with a 10 speed automatic.

The Mustang dude knew his stuff, i was taught to be smooth, as long as you not jerking all over the place with downshifts(rev match the way to go) and roll outs you good. Dude tight wit it.

You have to rev match depending on rpms. Never just shift down without rev matching unless you know the car completely and know what rpm each gear is always comfortable in. It’s very bad for a clutch and transmission to down shift without proper rpms. This guy knows his manuals but he missed several gears and also kept on the gas mid shift and without a upper stage clutch that’s can also wear it out too much.

Actually if your rolling at 40mph and u throw it in neutral u need to rev match it and put it in the correct gear like if 3rd is 2500rpm at 40mph, then u rev up to 2500rpm so it catches correctly and doesn’t jerk u around.
I drive a 600 hp Evo, I don’t heel toe my feet are too big. You can rev match without heel toeing that’s a fancy word to do it not all drivers heel toe but they double clutch

People who can't drive. Had my 306 93 cobra that was trick flowed stage 3 out intake and heads with a mild cam for the stage 3 setup but full weight with AC intact. That I bulit that had factory suspension mine is sway bar that ran 11 70s on motor and 1040s on a 150 shot. Full weight. 1.38 60ft time!!

Also, if you're ever getting loose in a car, you shouldn't just hit the clutch and kill power.. you have to drive through it and keep the tires spinning. Ask any performance driver. Ramming the clutch kills power and allows it to hook crooked and you're more likely to crash.
They have hill assist you can turn on, meaning it will hold the break for 5 seconds automatically when your on a hill so you dont roll back... I have the same car, same color, just different graphics & its a 2015....

S550 R2300 the supercharger was almost 10k?
It cost that much b.c dealer install or else it would be around 8k. So extra 2k is pretty much warranty purposes if you think about it.
