This is really late but hopefully helps someone. Me and my wife purchased this same washer our adapter didn’t work as well but when you manually fill it after the water has drained the first time it will not countdown again until you refill it for the rinse cycle. In other words it will not start spinning again until you refill so you pretty much know when it needs to be filled again. Ours was stuck on 20 min for like 5 min until I realized it had to be filled again.
Hi👋🏾I pray this message finds you! You are a lifesaver only two videos and some much needed information grateful for you thanks for your time in this video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wow thank you so much , from your video I remembered. The shower head. So I took it. Off and I plugged the washer tube . I Bought the adapter from Amazon. And it works perfect . Because all the faucet in my apartment not compatibile .
You forgot a better method. Put your washer next to Kitchen sink; place a medium size bucket inside the sink, get a 4' hose from hardware store. Add one end of the hose to bucket and other end to the washer. Also add a clamp to hose to keep it flushed on bucket. Add water from sink into the bucket and let in run continuously into the bucket. As long as the water supply is higher off the ground above the washer, water will flow into washer via hose. Presto ! Enjoy.
You should just tap off your water line on your toilet (3/8"), one of your sinks or shower (1/2") with a T adapter.. then get a hose that connects to the 3/4" inlet on the washer. I did a 1/2" tee on my sink, then a 1/2" to 3/4" adapter, then a 3/4" to 3/4" hose.. My parts are still in the mail but this video helped me do a test load and get some laundry going while I wait, thank you!
Please help!! I just got this exact portable washer it will not connect to any of my sinks either, I’m just trying to figure out how do I know when it’s time for the rinse cycle? Will the water drain out automatically after wash and that’s how I know it’s time for rinse and to add more water? Thank you for your video it’s nice knowing I’m not the only one dealing with this! Hopefully someone can help me understand a little more on how it works without the hose connected. Thank you!! 😊
It will make a beep sound once it’s time to fill up to rinse. For me, I always do medium load with normal cycle and it’s around 12 min when it starts to drain and spin(automatically). Once the first spin is done, it will beep to fill for rinse. I normally fill the water 3 inches from the top (stainless part). If you filled too much for the size of the load, machine will drain water to fit the size. Hope this helps!
I managed to hook it up automatically to a kitchen sink and in large load, it fills with water up to where the two gray buttons are in the lint collector, so 2 inches from the stainless steel top. It did that for both the wash and the rinse
Also, since large load in the Normal cycle shows 81 minute wash with 55 minute spin (and you cannot change it), I selected Gentle cycle instead, with L3 (large load), and then chose 12 minutes wash instead of 7, 1 rinse instead of 2 , and 5 minute spin. 30 minutes total. If you want 2 rinses it will be 39 minutes
Thank you, helpful. I have a Moen Rinza with a Magic Chef 0.9 - I have been trying to adapt for over a year. I wish there was a handyman that could help. I am so frustrated and disappointed. But I am still not ready to give up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I think one of the comment suggested to take pictures of your current faucets and take them to your local hardware store and see if they can help you find an adapter. Hope this helps!
remove/twist off the sink shower head, get a plastic 1/2 3/4 adapter at home depot and some plumbers tape so it doesn't leak. This is what I did because my sink is the same way
Can you feel any threads inside the bathroom faucet spout? If so you may just need a different adapter than the one that came with the washer. Several videos had people ordering a adapter assortment kit from Amazon and it contained the one they needed. Someone else attached a diverter to their shower and attached the hose to that instead of a handheld shower head. Someone in your local hardware store may be able to help. Take photos of each sink and your shower with you and the may be able to offer suggestions. Hope you get it worked out. I really love my washing machine, it’s the same one.
thanks for this comment. I haven’t thought of showing the pictures at the hardware store and I think that would be really helpful! I haven’t given up yet! :) I love this machine as well
I’m sorry I don’t recall them specifically, I watched the videos randomly while doing research to help me make my own purchase of a washer and dryer. @@BangZoomReviews-wu7bm
for normal wash, I usually fill the tank up about 5cm from the top. If the water level is too high for the load size, the machine will adjust the level (let out some water) before beginning the cycle. Hope that helps!
I need to do the same thing because i don’t think i have the hookups either. What did you use to put the hose on to drain in shower? Was it a command hook?
Yep, some type of command hook with rubber ring because the hook on the drain hose and the command hook are in same direction. You will need a ring in between to hook them together. But feel free to improvise! :)
great video just received mine but find it does not draw in enough water for me, also I don't feel it agitates well enough either. It just agitates left to right which seems some of the clothes on top isn't being washed.
@@Carriclay_handmade thank you so much for replying back! I will fill it manually then since I’m having the same issue you had with the faucets and the hose :(
Sorry I just saw this! You have to start the machine and set it to wash and start. You would pause the machine and then open the lid to fill up. I think the reason why it drains when you have it filled prior to starting is because the machine wants to start empty or the water level is not the setting you chose. Hope this helps!
Yes because customer service is useless especially when your warranty is out. My hose would not drain unless it was on ground which made the bathroom a better option. So thanks a million.
Do you find that this machine does a good job in cleaning stains off clothes? Also, do you know roughly how much water you need for each cycle if I manually fill it?
Omgness, thank you so vy much. I have the same exact problem my sinks and shower is the same. Please if u can give me any information u can to make so I don't have to fill it up with the hose. I will have to use buckets to fill mine. Because, my shower is open floor I font have a tub and I'm afraid water will go everywhere. Again ty. Hoping to hear from u soon.

@@brittneyromanski1153 I think the person meant in general, not if you could. For medium load, i usually fill it about 5 inches from the top. The machine will let out water if the water is too much. Don’t fill it over the top, or it will leak over to the floor. Hope this helps!
Oh boy your faucets are so wrong. Bring a picture of your bathroom faucet and bring the hose to fill machine to local hardware store they may have an inexpensive adapter.

Sorry, i just saw this message. It will try to run if it’s less but it won’t be a good wash. Try to put enough water to submerge your laundry. If you put too much water, it will spit out the water to meet the water level it needs. Hope it helps!
I am so glad you made this video. My sinks did not work with this machine. Thank you!! Life saver

When you add water for the rinse after the first spin, do you pause the machine or do you just open the lid and add water without pausing it?
