I like how the empathize akumas love for a fight to the death. Its why he wants ryu to embrace the satsui no hadou, it would give him the fight to the death that he wants.

The idea is that he’s pissed off if he win too easily, you can see the lower the health the more hype he is. This is the path I hunger for, he only wants a good fight nothing else. So his perfect win pose should be underwhelming or mad

He's Akuma, so big damage and few weaknesses outside of low health.

U can easily find up if u search em up on UA-cam or probably on Google, they've been shown off a fair bit.
You guys should have been streaming Akuma battles, no matter how scrubby it is. It would help you create a following as you develop the character!

I have a problem with alot of the winning animations in this game idk it's very little details but I find previous games animations had better ones
The English Va sounds like a cat clawing on furniture. Richard Epcar sounds way better!
