For the record, so far --- I can say that Ms. Thea is a pioneer when it comes to content that an independent Filipina in the corporate world can relate to. Yassss, all the Millennial Titas, represent! :) :) :)
Seriously, I truly appreciate how detail-oriented she is when it comes to make-up reviews (aminin natin, hindi lahat ng youtubers may cost per gram analysis and more haha!) and honestly, this is my go-to-channel before buying a particular product). Perfect match na talaga, pati sa pagka-kapos kilay and oiliness, except for the skin tone. Good thing she always considers what may or may not work for girls like me (proud morena here).
And now that she’s coming out of her shell and even beyond her comfort zone (posts like reading assumptions about me, sharing her adulting tips, even the office/desk tour and now this… condo tour), grabe this channel deserves more views, more likes and more subscribers!!! Cliché pakinggan pero this is so true --- undoubtedly underrated. Super relate, napakaraming matututunan at natutulungan.
It has evolved from make-up reviews to a lifestyle content and I am thankful not only for the learnings but also for the simple joy every post brings me, and all of the almost 50K subs (for now…) even for at least 15-minutes, MWF.

finally found a youtuber na hindi na kailangan magdecorate ng kung anik anik para lang makapaghouse tour. Yung totoo lang yung laman at yung kailangan lang ang mayroon siya. Nice Ate Thea!

Hi Thea! I like watching your videos as they are informative. I’m just wondering bakit hindi mo na lang pagpalitin yung pwesto ng ref and ng washing machine? Para lang mas malapit sa CR and hindi ka na magaalala masyado sa mga tatagas na water sa mga hose. 😊
May naka protrude kasi sa likod ng washing machine so hindi sya mapeplace near the wall and nabobother ako sa malaking pace na nakikita ko. Para syang floater sa gitna ng kitchen area. And overall mas malinis kasi sya tingnan kung nasaan sya ngayon. Same din naman if nasa may ref space sya, need ko parin mag attach ng extension ng hose for the water and for the drainage 😊

I really like your condo tour video kasi parang reference din siya for the adulting life; I was checking kung ano yung mga types of appliances and gamit mo sa bahay and I really like na ang relatable mo in such a real way, like hindi exagge na minimalist pero hindi rin super extra hehe :)

Hi Thea, you can also buy refillable dishwashing liquid and detergent in the Ritual store in Arnaiz Ave in Makati. :) I recommend refilling the plastic containers instead of throwing them. also you can buy in bulk instead of sachets. mas matipid in the long run & less plastic. each baby step counts 😋
My tip to keep your tiles and the grout clean is to coat it with epoxy. It's super easy and when it's done it can no longer stain the tiles and grout in a way that is difficult to clean.. Just a simple floor wipe na Lang.
Very minimalist yung condo mo, and very organized. U should put plants kasi dalawa lang, it will add colour to the room. Nakakatulong din yun sa air quality. 👍🏻
Just realized we were buildingmates 😂 Kaya pala familiar yung pinto, tiles, bathroom, sink, pati yung cabinet hahaha napakalapit sa megamall 😁
I also didn't like the grapefruit scent that Messy Bessy came out with and am starting to use it in the [outdoor] laundry area. [Let's see how that pans out.] They now have a lavender scent for their Room & Linen Spray but I haven't tried that one. I think they already discontinued the grapefruit scent.

Hi Thea, I enjoy your adulting vids! I noticed your parmesan cheese. That's actually supposed to be stored in the fridge after opening. We have the big containers from Costco. It will last longer, and sometimes even a few months after the date printed on the bottle :)

Aha! Hindi lang pala ako ang nag sspray sa toilet bowl bago gamitin. I learnt to do that dahil may mga bros na kahit ulit ulitin mo nang sabihin, hindi parin matuto-tuto na iavoid maihian or itaas nalang sana ang toilet seat. So there, thanks to alcohol sprays 😉
