Nice digs! I found my first ever pontiled bottle this year! I was so excited. It’s a RRR Radway New York from the 1850’s I believe. I went on to find quite a few broken examples in the same pit. I know there’s got to be another somewhere in there!
Great video and great pontil. I enjoyed it even better after watching it for the second time. If you do go ahead and get the lip chip repaired put it in a future video so we can see it again
At 1:33 there is a big bone-handled leatherworking tool next to the piece of glass. It has an iron edging tool on one end and a crimper on the other side.
nice finds! are you part of any of the bottle digging clubs? i can't seem to find an active one in ma... have a couple spots you could check though if you wanna trade locations!
Some awesome bottles! I'm still struggling to find a farm Dump with any intact bottles, but you inspire me to keep looking :)
Nice finds! Those little farm dumps are exciting to find untouched.

I would dig this more systematically ...Id pull the whole rock pile apart and move it...along with buckets of dirt....with stuff that old.....
and possibly sift it
