Jay and Amber, thank you, thank you, thank you !! I have requested this song several times. Have been a Zeppelin fan forever (I’m now 70) and this is my favorite song ! Have told my husband and sons that I want this played at my funeral.
I borrowed some of the lyrics in my wedding vows to my wife. Sadly, we are no longer together. So this song always chokes me up because I loved the lyrics borrowed and my wife. It even tears me up to write this. Great song by one of my favorite bands of all time 😢
What a beautiful song by a great band! My wife and I requested this tune and danced to it at our wedding. Next, ya gotta check out "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp" (studio version) off of the Led Zeppelin III album (1970), there’s nothing else like it. Acoustic heaven! ✌️
I've been enjoying you guys for over a year now and this is the first time that I have seen Amber cry a little listening to Led Zeppelin. It touched ME just watching HER reaction 🥰 God bless you both . Ron
One of the most beautiful love songs of all time. It's the first time I've heard this song since my wife passed last year, and every word of this song echoes true from me to her. Love & Cherish everyone close to you. God bless you all.
She's not gone, she's still here in ways you don't undestand. When you hit that low point it's her that wraps around and says "You got this". I lost my youngest brother 33 years ago and i still feel his presence.
Very cool for me, as an old white guy who grew up listening to this music, and feeling it to the depth of my soul, to see another generation of listeners, especially young black people, feeling it too. Music is powerful magic.
I,m 61, Led Zeppelin has been my number one favourite my entire life. No band can ever match the way almost every song has so many transitions from soft to hard and back again. Best band ever.
This was my first love and my song. I can still picture holding her in my arms to this day. 1970. Just out of high school. Hearing this right now has brought tears to my eyes. "Thank you", J&A. You truly made my day! Peace and love to all. Stay groovy and God bless us all.
You had to be there, and I was! It was the times, an era, it all clicked. I connected with LZ music, my favorite then and now. To see you appreciate and read comments so great. Musical genius. Saw live 3 times. Best concerts ever.
This is a Beautiful Romantic song of Grace and Gratitude! One of my all-time favorite song from Led Zeppelin. It's a tear jerker. 😢....Let's see if it effects Jay & Amber.
Great ballad after a side worth of classic Zeppelin bangers, Led Zeppelin 2 is my favorite album by them, those first albums were mind blowing in 1969, decades ahead if their time and setting a standard for hard rock that was never exceeded. Great reaction & more Zeppelin Please! Enjoy. 🎶🎸🎤🎹🎶
OMG...one of my top 3 bands for life...always a pleasure. I still melt when I listen to Robert Plant. They just expanded and got better as time passed...but their basic sound was always exquisite. Sure miss Bonham! 😢
I was 16 in 1978 when my family moved from CA to Valier, Montana for a year. I was floored when I heard the local TV station was using the beautiful synth part at the end of the song for it's station ID music. I was a REAL Zepp fan by then, and I recognized it immediately. The Great John Paul Jones on keyboards. Gorgeous song -thanks you guys...
they were so creative in their hard hitting, as well as in their simpler, softer side, and always done with brilliance and class. I had the good fortune to see them when I was 16 years old in 1977 in Los Angeles. Still my favorite to this day.❤❤❤
Although it may be widely known…but rarely mentioned. The sneaky fingers of John Paul Jones wrote this organ piece - which Robert then created a love song around it. This group was made up of two highly polished, first call London session men, and two country boys. When they got together, it just worked.
Howdy from Texas. who would have thought we would see Amber gently swaying with her eyes closed, close to tears while listening to Zep!!! Love this reaction.
Robert wrote this song to his wife Maureen as she worked as a nurse & mainly held down the fort while he pursued his musical career….Thank You Maureen!!! You should listen to The Song Remains The Same/The Rain Song ( they must be played together) Love your channel you two are beautiful souls❤
I have no words for Led Zeppelin. Loved this episode, as always. BUT, I do have words regarding Jay and Amber's abilities with a level. I'm comforted every time I see those well-hung photographs and axes in the background. Kudos.
While my wife and I were dating, I created a misic mix of songs expressing the evolution of our relationship from friendshipto engagementand our marriage, and this was in that mix. What a great song, and great job by bassist/ Keyboardist John Paul Jones.
When I was in first grade my teacher yelled at me for something and I told my mom about it. My mom wrote a not so nice letter in my notebook to deliver to her the next day. Unfortunately my mom used to also doodle in our books. So the next day instead of giving her the letter chastising her I gave her the lyrics to Led Zeppelin Thank You. The teacher thought it was so sweet she almost cried. It didn't last long as the next day I gave her the letter actually meant for her.
Definitely one of Zep’s greatest ballads….another sweet one is “All My Love”, unless y’all done that one, which I suspect y’all have….sweet reaction y’all 🤘🏽❤️🔥🤘🏽❤️🔥🤘🏽
Led Zeppelin is my all time favorite band. I've been trying for over 3 years to get you two to react to the band Rival Sons, start with the song Pressure and Time. They are what I would call it modern day Led Zeppelin.
When my uncle got married, his wife was in charge of everything regarding the wedding ceremony except for one thing, he got to pick the wedding song and, my uncle being one of the biggest Led Zeppelin fans, picked “Thank You”. We got to see Robert Plant many years later and Plant always performs this song. Great memory
Love this song. Really makes me happy to see how much you love this band. I'm too young to have seen Led Zep live, but I did get to see the Plant Page No Quarter tour, and this song was a highlight.
Man I loved you guys reaction once again after all these years. This is such a cool song and it's not one that you hear a lot but it's so good. You guys are a delight.
Great song. How about hitting some songs off Physical Graffiti. It's always been my favorite Zeppelin album. In Mt Time Of Dying Houses Of The Holy In The Light Ten Years Gone
This song took me back to a time I thought was long forgotten I sat listening to this song for hours while someone wrote a poem for me (I miss you Richard I still love you (Thank You for everything)
In my opinion, the best love song written!!!
Agreed!
Agreed. My other favorite is "If" by Bread
Same here.
Zep fans know just how versatile this group was with the one constant being excellence!
No one genre, they did it all, and absolutely top shelf
Everything Zeppelin done was pure perfection.
Facts
Except Tangerine, that song sux
Nobody better!!
Amber you explained the meaning of this song perfectly! Your a lucky guy Jay!!
I can hear a pin drop during those gentle verses that simply make me melt.
Robert wrote this as a thank you song for his wife, Maureen after she gave birth to their daughter Carmen.
But she also supported them until his career picked up, she was a nurse.
@@sicotshit7068 This I know. He also did stints with a road crew pouring asphalt and doing road work.
@@littleogeechee223 I think she was the one with more study income, I wasn’t implying he didn’t earn money.
Tears and goosebumps. This song is a beautiful masterpiece.
Jay and Amber, thank you, thank you, thank you !! I have requested this song several times. Have been a Zeppelin fan forever (I’m now 70) and this is my favorite song ! Have told my husband and sons that I want this played at my funeral.
Good choice
and Stairway to Heaven!

This song, in its purity and beauty, brought me to tears the first time I heard it. It still has that effect.
I borrowed some of the lyrics in my wedding vows to my wife. Sadly, we are no longer together. So this song always chokes me up because I loved the lyrics borrowed and my wife. It even tears me up to write this. Great song by one of my favorite bands of all time 😢
The Rain Song, The Wanton song, sooo many awesome Zeppelin songs to go! Love it!! They all get better over 50 years!😆
What a beautiful song by a great band! My wife and I requested this tune and danced to it at our wedding. Next, ya gotta check out "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp" (studio version) off of the Led Zeppelin III album (1970), there’s nothing else like it. Acoustic heaven! ✌️

My husband and I have been married 42 years and he plays me this song all the time. I love it and him
Yay You Too!!!!!! I'm so happy for you. You sound like my Brother & his wife...together since 1983
I dedicated this song to the lady I loved dearly after she passed. 😔🙏
One of the most beautiful love songs of all time. It's the first time I've heard this song since my wife passed last year, and every word of this song echoes true from me to her. Love & Cherish everyone close to you. God bless you all.
Sorry to hear of your loss. Thank you for sharing your story. I’m sure you’ll be together again someday 💞

@@carllmack2287 Thanks so much for your words of encouragement! Slainte!
Three of them were playing a slow, pretty love song, but John Bohnam was like... I'm going to make this a classic ROCK song.
This was our wedding song 30+ years ago.
Very cool for me, as an old white guy who grew up listening to this music, and feeling it to the depth of my soul, to see another generation of listeners, especially young black people, feeling it too. Music is powerful magic.
The awesome reach of LedZep was really unmatched. They ruled the world for a decade.
This one really features JPJ and Robert’s beautiful voice and lyricism. ❤❤❤
It was Jimmy I think
I,m 61, Led Zeppelin has been my number one favourite my entire life. No band can ever match the way almost every song has so many transitions from soft to hard and back again. Best band ever.
This 61 year old fellow agrees with you
Absolutely one of all us Zeppelin fans favorite songs ever!! Best love song of all time!!❤️❤️❤️❤️RIPJohn Bonham!
Ten years gone, The Rover, Achilles Last Stand, Fool inThe Rain, Sick Again, That's The Way, Gallows Pole the list goes on!
Thank You is absolutely one of my favorite Zeppelin songs! Thank You!
Beautiful Robert inside and out❤❤❤
This song to his wife, & All Of My Love in memory of his son. If he wasn’t in the greatest band, he definitely could have been an amazing poet.
Ohhh I absolutely love this song. Probably one of favourite songs of all time.
Led Zeppelin defies type-casted genre. Everyone thinks they're just heavy, but they simply are not.
The Rain Song is the Zeppelin song you’re looking for 🌧️
Best and most versatile band ever. They did it all.
The MOST beautiful love song ever!
I’ve never heard this song by Led Zeppelin, his voice is phenomenal, love it!👍💜💜
You can't write a better love song than this

Musical and vocal talent off the charts.
One of my most favorite outros with that keyboard at the end. Kind of sends you to another place.
Isn't this a beautiful song? Thank you for this reaction. 💖
Would you know how to go by sending them a music video request?

My favorite song, It has a lot meaning to me - a deceased love.
I appreciate the fact that you let the song fade all the way out and come back in! Thanks Jay!
Do In the Light! Love it all. Amazing this song can still give me goosebumps.

There is not a bad Led Zeppelin song.
They nail it perfectly every single time!

The most beautiful ending to a song ever. If the Northern Lights had sound, it would sound like that.
The Song Remains The Same/The Rain Song

Please Bless me and yourselves with the song IN MY TIME OF DYING by the mighty Led Zeppelin. Bonham Rocks

The outro to this song with John Paul Jones on the organ might be my favorite part that LZ ever did.
Love this one! Duran Duran did a great cover of this perfectly beautiful ballad.
