Thanks!
Been awhile...thoroughly enjoyed both live Stairway reaction and "Thank You"...i am going to attempt to bribe you to see the "HARD" side of Zep - "Achilles Last Stand" from the studio album "Presence" - the drums in this song will blow you away...there is also a live version from Knebworth '79 show, but I think you should listen to studio first...Plant once said that "Presence" was the most "Zeppelin" of all of their albums...I am also requesting you consider listening to "Gallows Pole" from "Led Zeppelin III" - talk about different...i believe John Paul Jones plays banjo during this song...I am thoroughly enjoying your experience, and its worth every dime to see your reactions...us old Led-Heads have waited for years for young folks to realize just how great this band is...ya'll are helping spread the word...please continue down this road...we are loving it!! Thanks...Andy
We're absolutely blown away by your generosity! Thank you so much for the incredibly kind super thanks 🙏 We must admit, we're feeling a bit shy about it and it truly means a lot ❤️ We're so happy to know you enjoyed our experience, and we can't wait to explore the songs you suggested 😁 We'll do them next time we film reactions.
We're excited to keep sharing the love for Led Zeppelin with you and all our viewers 🤘 Thanks again for your incredible support Andy! Much love ❤️❤️❤️
I gotta admit, getting paid to listen to Zeppelin is one helluva job.
On their behalf (obviously they already said it, lol) Thank YOU for this incredible gift (bribe, whatever, lol!)! Really generous, and the biggest I've seen on youtube. Even if someone has tons of money, it's still a great gesture, and never to a better cause than spreading the gospel of Zepplein, ha.! These two ARE a joy to watch. Some reactors fake it, but I don't think they do. Other Genuine" Zep reactors I like are Steph Grad and Darius De'von, tho he's infrequent. Anyhow, cheers!
For my wife who passed away from Cancer in 2014....I will never forget you
Sorry for your loss .🙏🙏🙏😞
My wedding song .. I lost my wife to cancer in 2016 .. I will love you til the end of time Susan
A lovely lady I'm sure RIP.
@@bobshaw8319 RIP.
Condolences…🙌🏼
It doesn't matter if you have another group as your favorite.........Led Zeppelin is the greatest band, ever
My wife and I are now in our 50's. We were High School sweethearts and this was "our" song. And now, 38yrs, 2 daughters and 2 grandkids later, it still is.
To my angel wife who passed in2018. We’ll burn the sky. I miss you so incredibly much. Each day. I see you in everything. I knew you most of my life. I loved you so long. I still love you. No one on this earth can or will possibly ever understand my love for you. She loved ZEP. I can’t wait to see you again one day soon. God willing🙏
This was Roberts first attempt at writing lyrics for Zeppelin. And shows a sweet innocence. Just a simple little love song. His writing matured so quickly….This was 1969. By 1971 we would have Stairway, with many great songs in-between. Quite a trajectory
I remember reading that he wrote lyrics for some songs on the first album but that for contractual reasons he couldn’t be credited as a songwriter
Right on Helene. So good to find you again. Always love your comments, and those of our friend Henrietta. Going back around the musical track with many of these young reactors has been entertaining to say the least. Their enthusiasm would have been right at home with our own when we were purchasing the albums and catching all the Tours with our friends. Good times and great memories to be sure. Be well, Ron…
@@ronaldelliott4373 hi there, Ron! Yes, Henrietta and I keep in bumping into one another on channels doing Zeppelin. I can always tell when I’m reading one of her comments 😁👋👋
@@helenespaulding7562 And I yours, and hers. Cheers 🥂
one of the best songs of that time. Always!
THANK YOU so much for doing my pick! And I’m so thrilled that you were moved by it as I hoped you would be… You are really beginning to hear how incredible this band is covering so many different emotions and styles of music… And I also am hoping that you can see that in some cases it is most important to listen to the original studio version. As great as a band they were live, they also put so much time and energy into making masterpieces in the studio. And yes, if you renew your vows someday or have a special anniversary it would warm my heart to hear that you played this song!
That’s a love song….PERIOD, ONE OF THE BEST EVER! The GOATS! 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
A beautiful tribute to his wife Maureen, he wrote another beautiful song as a tribute to his 5 year old son who passed away, it’s called All Of My Love. Yes my husband & I still feel the same about this song.
Here's the thing...he wrote it about his wife's sister...Shirley 😂😂😂
@@thesolarengineer no he did not
It didn't end! It didn't end! 🤣🤣🤣
Yes, we get that feeling. Thankyou.
Two other beautiful Zeppelin ballads are: Rain Song.....and Ten Years Gone.
Agree the Rain Song and Ten Years gone are amazing. Along with Going to California.
I would
Yes and yes!
Robert sure delivers emotionally charged vocals every time. Beautiful song
Every song...doesn't matter which! This is one of the few songs that guitarist Jimmy Page sings harmony on.
If you want more of the vulnerable side of Led Zeppelin, check out "All My Love" if you havent already. A song written for Plant's late son. Beautiful reaction!
I second this recommendation. All of My Love, especially the keyboard solo in the middle, always gives me goosebumps.
Led Zeppelin. Legends, pure talent and a gift. How can you not feel when hearing this?
❤❤❤Robert❤❤❤
There is a great live version of this from 1970. It's very electric
My 2 favourites are 4 Sep 70 & the final encore 3 Jun 73
I love the leads in live versions...blew some dosing deadheads away with live Led in 87-88. Converted a few. Jimmy takes you away...
Live Led is made for dosing...too old now lol
I like the live one off BBC Sessions!
@@kevinharalson4538 Yes! Bonzo's drums are Soooo gloriously, poundingly loud! Like Billy Squier's drummer's sound!
Listen to Led Zeppelin's The Rain Song... arguably the most beautiful song ever written
The legendary producer Rick Rubin said he could listen to it all day, and yet he said he still wasn't sure how to categorize it, it was so unique.
I heard LedZep II album when I was not even 10 years old but some how I got the message of Thank You way before I could understand the true meaning of love between two people ..Go back to LedZep 1 Your Time is Gonna Come
You guys are becoming my favorite LZ reactors. You seem to get it.
Zepplins " Battle for everymore "is as beautiful as this for me
The Rain Song!
Yes! One of my absolute favorite tracks!
Luv you guys, reactions,, the joy on your faces😂 THANK YOU
Led Zeppelin - Going To California (Live at Earls Court 1975) [Official Video]. This is an acoustic performance.
I just sang that to my Dog,Elsie.
The wife's not too happy!
😏
I believe like most Zeppelin recordings with very few exceptions, that’s Robert singing backing vocals over his own lead vocal track. A feature of the real studio genius of the time, Jimmy Page himself, who remains one of the most successful multi trackers in history. (Layers were what Zeppelin pioneered with multiple guitars, vocals and various instruments that improving technology made more accessible, like those doing it before such as The Beatles, Buddy Holly and Les Paul himself among others) You both are a beautifully connected couple that would have loved growing up with those of us that inhabited the late sixties and early seventies in our teenage years. What you’re both discovering now will remain with you, like the rest of us, forever. When it comes to contemporary music, being a “boomer” and teen in The Classic Era of Rock was truly mind expanding in “many” ways. 👈 😉 Regards guys…
When he sings 'thanks to you it will be done' he is referring to the fact that she financially supported him and his career ambitions when he was an unknown and struggling musician and she was working as a nurse.
Nope. He was a known singer and everyone knew he would make it big. She's wasn't some saint. She was an opportunist.
I'm 70 years old, and watching you two just made this the most I've ever enjoyed listening to this song. Plant still has knack for writing love songs, but this will always be my favorite.
You got it. We can be dead for ten thousand years but our love will endure. Gondwana will come and go and the fucking continents will disappear, but our love will carry on.
You got to listen to Babe I'm Gonna Leave You classic track. This song is just sweet!!!
Both of you are lovely - and you like Led Zeppelin!
Thank you.
“ Dazed and Confused” guys! Please. Best wishes from England 🏴.
Thank you for Thank You.
Led- heavy & dense; Zeppelin- light and airy; Robert described their sound as light & shade
Actually, that was Jimmy’s line; it was what he was looking for when he formed the band, and the way he wanted their music to be.
I never thought about the reprise, but that's a very astute observation! Thanks for checking out this great song
Congratulations on the channel, for the pleasant and spontaneous reactions and for embarking on the journey of no return that is the impeccable Led Zeppelin. Some live interpretations are more impactful, like Stairway to heaven. But there are studio versions that should be strongly considered. One of them is "Since I've been loving you". For me, the most perfect recording ever made. A masterpiece. I saw and loved your reaction to the live version and I know you deserve to know the original. A big hug, from the south of Brazil.

Busted dude. It didn't end yet.
This is miss Crib at her purest and most vulnerable!
Good one.
Try this one. "What is and what should never be" by Led Zeppelin.
thank you LZ for being a part of my life
An enduring love ❤ Thank You
I gave these lyrics to my girlfriend in 87 and it got me 2 daughters and 37 years!
Em 1978, aos 18 anos, thank you e the ocean eram as minhas músicas preferidas do Led Zeppelin. Amo Rock! Com amor... De Natal RN Nordeste Brasil, 28 de abril de 2024.
Thx CC! Such a great piece.
You two get it love to both of you!
We had this song played at our wedding in 1987. We will celebrate our 37 year anniversary on April 18th.
Now for the next Zep you should listen to Heartbreakers/ Livin' Lovin Maid. It's 2 separate songs but the radio stations always play them back to back.
Zeppelin is the GOAT
I love that this song speaks of the essence of the woman he loves. She is kindness, she is inspiration. He doesn't speak of physical things: her beauty, her sexuality. Unlike songs like Whole Lotta Love, The Lemon Song, or Trampled Under Foot this is a song of spiritual connection, of walking hand in hand through life. One of my favorites. I enjoyed seeing the emotion in your faces. This song still gives me chills.
You two are my favorite couple on UA-cam. It's easy to tell you love each other very much and that's more important than anything. I cried just watching you two expressing your love for one another.
I suggest that you listen to album one all the way through starting with the first song. Back in those days they created the albums to be listen to in order for a certain experience that they try to give off. That is truly the only way to experience a lot of those 60s and 70s bands. First one will be good times bad times. I don’t know what you have in store but I suggest starting with album one and then listen through every song one at a time. Your mind will be blown because each album is set up for a different experience.
So start with album one fully in Birch yourself in that experience and they put the song order in a certain said to maximize the experience. Great reactions keep them coming. But please do that
This was our first dance at my wedding.❤
This song has always been in my top 5 all time from the band!😍
This was the dance song for me and my new bride...20 yrs ago..my friends band learned this song days before the wedding ..double duty. He married us and his band played at the reception... what an awesome song one of my favorites from the mighty ZEP
There's not many sentimental Zep songs but this is the best one .
Guys, please: The lyrics aren't THAT profound, lol! They have the hallmarks of a greeting card. BUT, before everyone starts hating, lol, it IS touching that Robert wrote them with obvious sincerity, and sang them with obvious emotion, and THAT allows US to, as you said, apply it to our OWN loves. The music itself is off the charts beautiful. Tho different compositions, this always puts me in the mind of George Harrison's "Something" by The Beatles. You guys are a great couple and a joy to watch!
The live version circa 1970 is phenomenal
Seeing Robert Plant for a 2nd time in June, opens for Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson.
Beautiful song. They always take us to a different place and it always feels great.
Interestingly, the phrases "if the sun refused to shine," and "when mountains crumble to the sea" both appear, word for word, and in the same order, in the Jimi Hendrix song "If 6 was 9." The Hendrix song was released before this one as well, which makes me think that Zeppelin "borrowed" those words from Hendrix.
Darling, listen to "I'm gonna crawl". Robert gives a emotional love song you will love.
Yes.Jimmy sings back up vocals on this song
It's so tender, so sweet.... the saddest thing is that also that marriage ended☹
fantastic to see a young couple in love
lets you know there is a god
and a wonderful life we have
enjoy this moment in time
nothing shall replace it
Yes another great reaction to LZ. Maybe do the studio version of "The Rain Song", then the MSG version back to back. So many others to suggest, but hopefully you'll get to "The Rain Song." At least in the top 10 of the LZ catalog... well, not to mention "Ten Years Gone." :) I "Thank You" both!!! ;)
The best love song ever.
Great to see both again. Lovely reaction. Most importantly stay safe
lead singer is known to record over his own voice in other songs
I remember hearing this album for the first time... I was 15 and it BLEW ME AWAY‼️... Nobody sounded like that, but you could say that describes so many bands from that time period... It was such a cool time to be alive‼️....✌️😎
This one is in my top three Zeppelin songs...but actually, my top three are truly tied for first; and now come the tears. I hope you try Kashmir (I know, you've done two already) - Live: Celebration Day Concert. The concert was '06 or '07, and they are all near 60 yrs of age. And the drummer is Jason Bonham; son of original drummer John Bonham.
You guys should do
Led Zeppelin "Fool in the Rain"
Before you get the girl, you think she's not there for you, but it's just you made a mistake!.... DAYS AND DATES BEFORE MOBILE PHONES! ❤😂
Such an awesome song! Takes you back.
It was mine & my husbands wedding song, we’ve been married 39 years. It’s been the wedding song for many Zeppelin fans, it’s a beautiful song.
I'm so jealous of your beautiful lady. 😊
Great song for a great couple ;-)
Always reminds me of a certain "Girl from Yesterday" . Great straight from the heart reaction . I'll look forward to your future dives into the Led Zeppelin rabbit hole .
A cool reaction video, how about doing a reaction video to the Irish guitar legend Rory Gallagher - Shin Kicker live at Montreux 1979. Millions of us consider Rory Gallagher one of the greatest guitar players of all time. His concerts were legendary with very high energy and amazing guitar playing. Check out the late great Rory Gallagher, thank you¡
Out of -Your- _My_ League
Understatement of the year!!! :-)
❤
Wow think you for playing this and my heart goes out to you and your late wife. I feel it inside me....
Page liked to arrange the instruments on recordings like they were on stage. Primary guitar to the right, organ and bass to the left, drums and vocal centre. Additional instruments were then arranged around this. A second guitar track might favour the left so the listener could clearly distinguish one from the other. Stereo recordings were relatively new when this album was made and many record producers tempted to overdo the technology to show the record was stereo. Not Page. He was a master of the art of record production.
John Bonham the drummer, sand back up frequently.
Keep the Zeppelin coming.
Now...The Rain Song!!!
I really like the two of you.
D' yer Mak' er - Led Zeppelin.
Most songs live in concert Bonham the drummer sang harmony!!
this is a better love song
Please watch their video from the Dansmark studios performance of the song “how many more times”. It is a very early live performance and Robert introduces the band.
Yes please! I second that request! I love that performance!
Tangerine tambien es hermoso
Ma quanto siete belli😊
She has to be the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.
Killed us back in the day
Some times when walking around I see couples and think they seem to be an odd couple and not mad for each other but looking at you two you look like a couple made from heaven great reaction . Best wishes to you and all of your family
Great reaction

2500 views in 5 hours , you guys are killing n it
back vocal in chorus - Jimmy Page
I'm so glad to guys listened until the end. Most people turn it off before the end. Great reaction. This whole album is just incredible
You should check out the live version
Elie..."When mountains crumble to the sea, it will still be you and me."
Carole..."Not if you keep talking while the song is still playing!"
😁
