While there is a brief comment on winter range this is really NOT a winter test drive at all. No mention of how good it is in the snow, how the AWD performs, how the heater works, etc.
I noticed that on his brief display he showed snow mode. Yet didn't show how to put it into snow mode no one seems to be able to know how to do that and no one has shown it. Please show us how to put the Genesis gb60 into snow mode I mean you did a winter driving test and didn't even discuss snow mode. Would be awesome if someone would do that I haven't seen a single reviewer do the snow mode
I have an Ioniq 5 on order for more than a year now and it keeps getting put back until Sept 2023, I lucked out I was able to find a GV 60 3 months ago and I bought it very happy I did this car is amazing. I have done two long road trips one to the US in heavy rain to be honest I was very impressed with the rear window staying clear a 100% better than the Ioniq 5 I test drove, my second road trip was in snow and ice down to -8c again no problem with the rear window , however not so impressed with the heating unless you have heat very high and fan on 6 speed we both had cold feet problem with high heat and fan high it really knocks the range down. This car was amazing on the packed snow roads I drove in Auto regen in the Eco mode I found Eco the best as there is that slight delay so you don't get the wheel spin which I was getting in Comfort. With the low temps charging time was taking quite a lot longer I was finding the best thing was to get down to not less than 40% then top up to 80% that was taking about 30 mins to charge, my range was also down about 25% but all in not a problem. The crystal ball if it fail you can manually roll it back by hand but please check the Genesis procedures first. I do have one question I can not find a snow mode I only have sport , comfort and eco I have tried to find out online no luck also my dealership seems to think its not there. I have the Advance model so maybe only on the Performance model does anyone know.
@@JUL-TORQ Hello yes I have tried all that nothing works , so after getting your msg I contacted Genesis Canada they told me yes I do have the snow mode he walked me through it and still nothing , they went out into they compound of cars and tried both the Advance and the Performance they also were NOT able to get snow mode he then told me it was an update that I needed and they will be in contact next week, it does not make any sense to me .
i dont know why they classify this as an SUV... its not really, its more a coup/sedan but slightly larger wheel base. I had a few sedans and none of them have rear wipers.. so I don't understand the complaint. Can u name another car that similar vehicle that has one? they look ugly with wiper.
I have a GV 60 I have just done a winter drive in heavy rain also snow no problem with the car having no rear wiper the rear window clears very well when at speed, the heater is not the best I have had better heaters not to much heat going to the feet..
3.8 seconds is pretty fast wasn’t expecting to see that! Nice review!
Boost Mode ! Thanks 🙏🏼

Thanks for your comment, on the performance model we had you need to hold the drive mode button to get access to the Winter mode
