- Yet again Alex begs his viewers to call Jeremy Vine on BBC Radio 2 or Channel 5 phone-in. This time he lets people know there is no delay system.
This is uploaded so people can learn what Alex is really like. This video will be deleted when Alex is sentenced in September, so victims can move on with their lives. Age restricted as not suitable for all viewers.
Alex creates these sorts of videos (this is a small clip from a long video) and then emails and tweets all known friends, colleagues and family of the person he is ranting on about. On many occasions he states a continuous action, saying he isn't going away.
If I see Vine on the television I know switch it off

Unfortunately when you send or gift someone money of your own free will, without any written signed contract detailing any terms how the money is to be used the recipient can use the money in anyway they see fit!
I've no doubt a lot of it was used to pay for his legal costs, which would be substantial, even if he did represent himself, he would still have ongoing costs.
If I had sent him money and he used it for living expenses or travel expenses, a restaurant or hotel bill etc then so be it, I would have no expectations as how he chose to spend it.
If posting this video, you feel somekind of 'stalking' is shown, then how can encouraging people to call a phone in show be defined as 'stalking'?

Not to keep Alex out of jail and to defend his criminal stalking charges. That is obtaining money by deception and fraud.

If anything Alex is helping improve the shows viewing and listening figures, I doubt many would actually call in but those that do are vetted prior to being aired, the show has procedures in place to filter out any 'undesirables' voicing their grievances.
Re the donations Alex received, read my comment above carefully, I explain how he is perfectly entitled to spend his money how he sees fit.
Without a written, signed contract, there is no legal requirement that limits how he uses that donated money.
So basically he went from

3-a complete oddball doing porridge

@@vivo-audio Yes I did read the Judges comments. Im no fan of Alex but did listen to some of his videos. Whilst I thought him a bit childish I did not think he was committing a crime in what he was saying, certainately not one that justified 5 years in prison. It seems to me to be a case of feelings policing. The dispute about £1000 was ridiculous and trivial in all aspects. If I was Jeremy Vine I'd be devastated that a man had gone to prison for 5 years over what happened and my contribution to securing that sentence. Yes he was insulting, yes he accused them of stuff. But id have thought that was freedom of speech. I think Vine may have shot himself in the foot over this court action as I certainately think alot less of him for being so vindictive and over dramatising the case.

The one thing I found funny with Alex. At one time he said “all the money you give to me on PayPal will go back to you” and then he changed it to “will go to charity” which, a very bad thing to go back on as if it meant nothing big. Also, there was claims his UA-cam made him around 500k a year, so he could have , if true, more than funded his own case. I did like the man originally, to my girlfriends dismay, but his being found guilty of stalking and claims of 10,000 tweets of stalking don’t do him much good.

I just think that the people running the world wanted him to go away as he was interfering with the brainwashing process with his opinions that go against the media. Rich people have an agenda. They also control the jusitice system, the media, political voting systems - well pretty much everything. Yes courts have juries but they can fix a specific outcome by blocking evidence, again I am not saying that is the case here but I don't trust anyone or anything in 2022.
