live testing the Intel Arc A380, this time TEKKEN (Playstation 1) using Retroarch

Monitor: iiyama 1440p monitor freesync enabled
TV: 4k TV Toshiba (Which is what RPCS3 is displaying on)
The base resolution being captured in OBS is 4k, streaming at 1080p bitrate 25000 and lazaros scaling (the highest option)
