- Understand Part 7 - that puzzle's got legs. This is my all-around favorite world so far, the triangle arrow mechanic is tons of fun. Can the game possibly top this?

Now you have to figure out who the child is and if they were an accident or not AND you have to figure who the parents were like this game is getting uncomfortable-

For 7-10 rule 3 was go as far as possible from the tip forward. So for the last one u blocked it off so they both went as far as possible on the new board.
Only the most refined of puzzle games drives a grown man to repeatedly utter the words "Ass tip" to no end.

7-10's rule is that your line leaves the triangle in the direction it's pointed, and keeps going until something stops it.
I think what counts as stopping it are filled in spaces and borders.
See at first I thought that too but when he had a random square behind the triangle it did rule 3

I love the time when Tyler thinks that he understands the puzzles but then the game be like:

7-10's rules were:
1) All triangles must be filled
2) All triangles filled must be exited from their tip
3) All lines coming out of triangles must extend until they can no more
12:41 Clicking outside of a triangle matches #2 and #3 (because no triangles are filled)
12:44 Clicking on a triangle matches #1 (all triangles are filled, but they're NOT being left from their tips)
12:47 Clicking on a triangle and leaving with a line of one square long matches #1 and #2 (not all lines leaving triangles are extended to their maximum length)

The meta puzzle has to be the best in the game so far. Simply using something outside of the game (windowed mode) to beat a level is just mind blowing

7-10 rule 3 guess: each arrow you come out of you must go as far in that direction as possible - the last puzzle required you to block before you went through the arrows
These sort of solutions like in "?" are the best. Gives games the special charm and the feeling that the developer loves the game itself aswell
7-10 rule 3. Line must keep going until it hits a wall before changing direction. Either the natural boundaries or one's made by your own line
Anyone else feel strangely proud of themselves when they figure out the puzzles before tyler does

Tyler went through the _exact_ thought process I went through for 7-? and I love it
7-10 seems to be similar to an ice puzzle: keep going forward from where the arrow points and dont turn until you hit an obstruction, like a wall or your own line
I think 7-10 is that you go until you cannot. For example, on 7-10-8 you start at the left triangle, then change at the right one, but the left triangle could have kept going, however if you start at the right and go around you get it because now you cannot go through the right triangle.
For 7-?-5 I thought the game wanted you to get out of the grid like 1-?, and hit the left-pointing triangle to adjust the puzzle
*And you tell me that's not it*
for 7-10, the lines need to extend until they hit the edge or a square you already visited

I feel like for world 7 identifying individual rules is not as effective as understanding the idea as a whole. For example, for 7-10 I just understood the rules as having the line go out of the triangle as far as possible until it hits its tail or the wall.

@@xaviershields9840 didn’t he literally just say it wasn’t about isolating rules? Maybe that isn’t EXACTLY rule 3, but the method gets the solution so who cares.
@@xaviershields9840 He didn’t touch a triangle, so he technically didn’t violate rule 3. You must go all the way out every triangle you touch. Rule 1 is there one where you must collect all the triangles.

For 7-10, rules are collect all triangles, exit a triangle the way it’s points, and keep going that direction till you can’t anymore
That's what I got out of it.
That’s also what I thought but it’s wrong 12:43 and pause that dosnt work so I’m really not sure
xavier shields well the solution for that puzzle was just start on the triangle and keep going the triangles direction till you could not anymore

its fun that earlier in the symmetry world dance pad boss level that we had rules where diff triangles are just entirely different shapes, but now here they're used as arrows

It's an ice push puzzle, the triangles throw you into the nearest obstacle

If I had to take a guess, 7-10 rule is that a line coming out of a triangle had to come out of the tip and has to go until it hits a road block

The rule 3 in 7-10 is that you have to reach the "border", meaning the actual border of the level or the line

I think everyone and their mother already commented missing rule in 7-10, but I'll do it anyways. I think the line should hit the boundary or already existing line after coming through the triangle

7-10 is about following the line from the triangle to a stopping point, i.e a line or wall

For 7-10, I think its if you pass through a triangle, the line must go in the indicated direction until it hits a line or edge.
Level 7-10 I assume is about going the max length to a wall. Sort of like those roller puzzles where you have to move the max distance until you hit a wall.

For 7-10 I feel like the rules is: once you go through a triangle, you have to continue into the direction it's pointing at until you encounter an obstacle (a wall, or your own line)

For 7-10, once your line hits an arrow, it has to proceed in the direction it's pointing, continuing until it hits the edge or your line. I'm pretty sure that's rule 3.

I think i understand 7-10, i just dont know how to explain it well. Rule 1: Start on a triangle. Rule 2: Go through all triangles. Rule 3: When you hit a triangle, you must go in that triangles full direction until you hit a wall or another line, this line cannot change even if you hit another triangle. Rule 3 makes it so that there could be a specific order of triangles, and the reason why it is fulfilled when you dont click on any triangles at all.
now the puzzle is reverse meta
