Appreciate the informational videos. We've been looking at that western Morris County area, but think the house prices out there in a longer commute area may be the first to come down. Any chance of a video about how much price inflation happened in those towns since 2020 and where you think they're going?

So glad you are finding my videos valuable. Homes sold in Washington township last year went for an average of 105% of asking price last year, which is the 2nd highest average in all of Morris County behind only Chatham. Washington Township's (Long Valley) median sale price has risen from $470,000 in 2020 to $590,000 in 2022. There are currently only 23 homes on the Market in Long Valley, which is still very low inventory. Simple supply and demand should keep these home prices up. I attend a seasonal State of the market seminar hosted by a local real estate economist that is coming up on March 9th. Text me your email address ( 908.892.2892 ) and I'd be glad to share what I learn.

Most people in Long Valley don’t commute by train and instead take the Lakeland bus from either Rockaway mall or Mt Arlington

@@KousikBera Thanks for watching my video and thanks for pointing this out. Makes sense, there are a lot of stops to go through before getting to Penn Station. Do you take the bus? if So, What is your experience like?

There's also a great hardware store, thrift store, and chocolate shoppe.
