Just got mine from 132Slotcars. I set the front axle height and it really flies. I found a pair of Ferrari decals which i applied on the body behind the side windows , so it looks perfect now. It has incredible detail and i can't wait for the blue Sonoco 512 to come the end of the year. great job Slot-it.
Awesome car. For those wondering the logo appearing above the front headlights of a man with a cloak and hat is Sandeman makers of fine Porto Wine and Sherry. Cheers!
Sorry you are right. The badge is in a different position. Yes the Sunoco didn’t have the badge. My memory failed. I should have checked before. Anyway your video is great and the model superb.
Good work, thanx for the review, love how you keep us posted. now a few slot.it screws in the motor mount and body for the flow, softer braid and you take off 2/10 again
Hi - As far as I remember it doesn’t have the Ferrari badges (cavallino rampante) because this car race in 1971 and this year Ferrari doesn’t have these cars factory official as they concentrate developing the 312p to the 1972 championship- cars limited to 3 liter engine. As far as know the 512M was a private development maybe by Penske. Cheers from Brazil
Slot-its are tricky, I have 3, and will try some weight in them now. When I get the back end to hook up, sometimes they like to lift the front and the guide pops out of slot. My track is pretty tight and its hard to use that slot it power, but its fun to try!
Hey, there are some sites with the Ferrari Logos on them, are they tricking you to buy them then? LEB hobbies online has it for $65 and I see the front and side badges on it. Any thoughts? BTW Great shakedown! I'm completely impressed! 🏎
The main source in Australia had the white kit sell.out first. Some covid complications with mine being delivered, but I am available to help out if I can
It was and well worth it. I can add lights for $4.00 amd I don't race digital and neither do any of the tracks I race at. It has the quality parts where IT COUNTS. Unlike some brands today asking $65 with no quality parts, or even "chips". It is now the #1 selling model, or was in the USA. SOLD OUT.

What size are the set screws used on the front axel adjustments? The top not the bottom screws.
Same as the others, M2

Can someone please advise what MJK rear tyres will suit the Ferrari.

There are chips available for under 30.00, for a 5 pack of them.
Its not hard to go digital.
