Practica este ejercicio para obtener un buen tresillo. Combinaremos primeramente pulsación con negras y tresillos de corchea. Escoge un tempo adecuado para ir aumentando progresivamente. En el segundo ejercicio combinaremos semicorcheas y tresillo de semicorcheas, de igual modo comienza con un tempo bajo adecuado a no perder la técnica y progresivamente ve aumentando.

Practice this exercise to get a good triplet. We will first combine quarter notes and eighth note triplets. Choose a suitable tempo to progressively increase. In the second exercise we will combine sixteenth notes and triplet of sixteenth notes, in the same way it begins with a low tempo suitable to not lose the technique and progressively increases.

Great warm-up! To spice this up even more I would do the exercices accenting different notes than the first, changing the dynamics (very quiet to very hard or de/crescendo etc), incorporating long or shorter rests and finally using more complex divisions such as quintuplets...
