I lived close by for 12 years and went often to the cemetery to tidy up the grave and bring fresh flowers and meet up with other fans on his birthday and death day..Shame you didn't open the plastic box behind the headstone, as it contains the annual guestbook visitors can sign, as well as cards and items people leave behind...Also the bench across from his grave is his memorial bench bought, installed and refurbished by fans through the years. It's a lovely spot to sit and contemplate life and death. It's a very nice cemetery, very peaceful. Loved the video LT..great job.

@@LTJones AWW that's a shame. I take pictures of all the signed pages in the visitors book when i visit, maybe i'll make a video of that to share with everyone who doesn't get the chance to visit.

Was too young to remember this but later in my twenties I got into the stones. Saw them a few times and read their story. It was his band. Until he lost it &. They wanted him out. Thanks for uploading this one.
I prefer your film star or location videos. However this one appeals to me.

Another interesting video thanks LT. The rolling stones are certainly one of the best rock and roll bands that ever was and still is. R.I.P. Brian Jones. Brian was a good guitar player. 👍👍Thanks for sharing 👍

Even though I've known all about Brian's death story and his funeral most of my life and have seen various videos, I actually enjoyed this one, I had never seen nor heard about Poo Bridge. And that photo of Brian's grave with the casket in it, was one I'd never seen and found shocking . It IS deeper than normal, probably to keep some obsessed fans from digging it up to get some souvenir of Brian's clothing or hair. I know it sounds morbid, but for some people there is no limit to what they might do, however insane it sounds. It's nice to see that there are still some who make the pilgrimage to Brian's tomb and leave flowers and other gifts . Thank you for a very nice video .

Hi there my name is John I'm a music fan and I just want to say that Brian Jones death isn't mysterious at all he was murdered the fact of a matter is it was accidentally mean to happen the person who killed him basically was the Builder apparently what basically happened Brian Jones was a bit drunk there was an argument over money and the Builder lost his temper through Jones in the water and held his head underwater Mr Brian Jones being drunk couldn't really fight back apparently the builder on his deathbed admitted to killing Brian Jones before he died now a lot of people are sceptical over this but what I will say is this why would someone admitted they killed someone if he didn't

🤔 Maybe what you say is true, in any event the way Brian was living his life at this point. He would have died sooner rather than later anyway !!..

Tom Keylock faked the document of Frank Thorogood confessing to the murder on his death bed, this was shown in an episode of Crimewatch in 1994. Franks daughter said her Father never confessed. Tom Keylock ran a cover up operation alongside his brother Frank who was a CID officer in London at the time.
There is recorded evidence that there was close to a dozen people present when officers arrived at the scene the night Brian had passed away. Not just the 4 that were documented. Fresh water was found in his lungs during the autopsy, not chlorinated water. Eye witnesses on the night of Brian’s death saw three people holding someone upside down over a trough and then again in a swimming pool.

In 2006, I visited the UK, so I had to head over to see Brian's grave. I also walked right past his house, but I somehow confused the neighbor's house for his house, and was confused why I did not see a pool. *slaps forehead*

Brian Jones did NOT found the Rolling Stones. He JOINED Keith's band The Blue Boys that became the Rolling Stones.
Here in his own words is proof.
Interviewer: ---What were you doing before you joined? ( the band)
Brian--- "Well just sort of bumming around, waiting for something to happen , really
I had quite a few jobs and I was trying to get a band going, but it was unsuccessful until I met up with Mick and Keith and then ...well THAT was a successful band."
After admitting that his attempts to start his own band were "unsuccessful"Brian seems to indicate here that he felt that Mick and Keith had a successful band when he "met up" with them. That would explain why he wanted to join them. The line up on stage at the Marquee Club where they debuted, indicates that he did join them because he and Ian were there and Keith and Mick's band, he "met up with, remained complete and intact.
