Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Water to cook pasta
Butter - 3 tbsp.
Plain Flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk (room temperature) - 2 cup
Garlic (minced) - 1 tsp.
Pepper (crushed) - 1 tsp.
Italian seasoning - ½ tsp.
Cheddar cheese (grated) - 1 cup
Grated Mozzarella cheese for garnish
