    Never rinse pasta after cooking. Nice recipe. looks very good.

    Have your sauce and pasta ready at the same time so you can stir your drained pasta right into the sauce

    I l8ke to use 6 tbsp butter one third cup of flour 2 tsp black pepper 2tsp onion and garlic powder or 2 tbsp minced fresh onoin and garlic cook 4 miutes add 1 and a half cups half and half 1 and a half cups whole milk reduce heat and and 2c shredded mild and 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese and 8 oz cream cheese

    The pasta is sticking because you are setting it aside after it is cooked. The sauce, no matter what type, should be ready before the pasta is done cooking. This way you can add the sauce immediately to the cooked pasta and there is no sticking.

    Add black pepper salt onoin powder and garkic powder into roux to your flour befir stiring in to butter
