I’ve been trying to make hazelnut coffee creamer. Made a hazelnut syrup and an extract, And tried using a hazelnut flavoring. All very mild tasting and I need a lot of the creamer just to taste. How are you going to do this with hazelnut?
I make my own also but instead of vanilla I put one of the airplane bottles of bourbon in mine. I get the bourbon taste but there's not enough alcohol in it to do anything
