Chandler is the most normal and down to earth of the bunch. He had an interesting childhood but came out a better person.

After being married twice and really understanding how men think I understand now why Ross said they were on a break because she used the word take a break so in his mind he heard break up. Most guys would. I agree with Ross, they were on a break and if thats not what she meant she should have explained it better.

@@REB4444 yes it backfired on her, but if you still have feelings for your currently ex boyfriend or girlfriend and hope to get back together with them, then it's definitely wrong to have sex with other people hours after your breakup.

In my defence, Ross didn’t cheat on Rachel, but he probably never should have gone with the other girl. Rachel said they are on a break.
But..that is cheating. Ross was the whole reason as to why they were on a break in the first place, because he was love bombing and being controlling of Rachel because he was afraid and insecure that Mark would hit on her, or that she might even cheat on him with Mark. He would show up to her work and embarrass her, when she would get home, he would grill her on her day, not because he genuinely wanted to hear about it or because he wanted to surprise her at work, but because he was marking his territory. He was causation of Rachel wanting a break. So, he still wants to continue a relationship with her after crossing millions of boundaries, she doesn't out right break things off(like she should've), proving that she doesn't want to end things and is willing to give him another shot, and when he gets his first sip of free time after not OBSESSING over her every move, he find reprieve in another woman? If it's not cheating, then what is it?
@@rachel5399 I know that all happened, but after she found out Ross went with the other girl, she was screaming “we weren’t on a break!” But in fact they were and she is the one who called the shots for it.
@@iamunderthewaterplshelpmeyaa the show switches what the meaning of "on a break" is. because here, Ross claims he did it cuz the relationship has ended and then later tells everybody he thought they were on a break so it's okay. and Rachel's argument is that a break does not equal a break up, meaning his sleeping with Chloe is still not justified.
