    I’m having trouble finding the 12 millimeter bolt. Can you tell me the actual name of it?

    Hello do you have a video of the front sway bar bushings? You need to lower the sub frame right?

    Is this part still holding up or have you had to replace it? Still the same one linked in the description? Thank you

      It's still holding up and its the same one in the description. We had ordered a different brand previously from rockauto.

    You should do a video on replacing Honda struts.

      Should you go w/ OEM tensioner or would a aftermarket like Dayco be ok?

    • @MobileCarMechanic
      @MobileCarMechanic  11 місяців тому

      We went with an aftermarket Chinese version and it failed after a year or so. We replaced with another after market on the video. OEM will usually be the best but not the cheapest. Day I would be better than the knock offs on Amazon.

    Nice vid! I made a longer version of this along with the serpentine belt replacement on my channel.
    Idk if that was an aftermarket tensioner pulley, but just want to share that I got an aftermarket and it gave out after about a year so I ended up going with OEM again.

      Thanks for the info. We installed a tensioner as well as new alternator due to noises in the bearings.

    The dealership suggested I change all drive belts on my Honda 2013 accord. Where can I go for a cheaper price . The dealership charges to much

      You can always goto an independent mechanic, they are usually way cheaper than a dealer.

    Is the T-50 bolt revers thread?

    • @MobileCarMechanic
      @MobileCarMechanic  5 місяців тому

      It’s not reverse, it’s your typical lefty loosey!

    Great video! When should I replace the belt tensioner?

    • @MobileCarMechanic
      @MobileCarMechanic  11 місяців тому +1

      It’s not really a item you replace often. But we initially replaced it because both the alternator and the tensioner pulley bearings were bad making a loud sound. If you hear any noise, the belt has too much slack, or in our case the fluid leaking then replace.

      Put some mehkos on the bearings so they aren’t stiff.
