A couple of tips from an Idahoan on how to shoot a repeater. The butt of your carbine should rest in the crest of where your arm meets your shoulder. It isn't like a bolt, pump, or semi-auto where the butt sits squarely against your shoulder. That's why a traditional butt crest is the best for a repeater. Second tip, when cycling the lever keep the repeater firmly against the crest/shoulder area and don't move your head position. You want to operate the lever while holding the same position as if you were firing. Watch the movie Winchester 73 with Jimmy Stewart and you will see how he operates a repeater during repetitive firing. BTW, nice repeater you have there.👍
Thanks for the review, I purchased the R92 triple black 16 barrel 38/357 , price here in Canada is $1299+ tax.....I added a red dot , it's cycles smooth, very reliable. Easy handling bush gun. Groupings are good..... Consistent . Looking forward to this year's deer hunt.
Take a round and just press it into the side gate over and over to loosen the tension. After 5-10 minutes it will feel like you've been loading the gun for years.
NO!!!! The thread is the same... 12/28... I machined the bore out to allow the bigger projectile... then it's ok... as long as bullet clears ... ps: the muzzle break will make your ears ring!! lol
You had to give up ARs but are allowed suppressors. We are allowed ARs (for the moment) but have to jump through hoops and pay an extortion fee for suppressors.

That's a waikato accent if I've ever heard one, even looks like my stomping ground up thompsons, looks like it would be a epic kaimai supplejack gun
Haha yea mate, all my old "range" shooting was up there, tracks pretty rough at the moment!

Looking for a good scope for mine. Anything past twenty yards gets alittle fuzzy.
Ordered a Boyd's wood stock for it to give alittle more weight.
Yea I was thinking like a 1-4 power but red dot came up lol, I'll use till something cooler comes along
I’m ashamed of what I did for that Klondike bar,,,,,
