sucks i had to watch a video on this, the game gave no markers, no info, no directions about the place. maybe i missed something
idk i think they actually did a good job on this. You discover the purple crystal formations with the architect artifact nearby, then with a little exploration you find the red crystals. From there I just sorta didn't care about the leviathan and kept going down till i found the facility
It made me so mad that I had to go there to figure out the recipe, instead of coming prepared already. So stupid I swear, thanks for the video 💯
The recipes were always at the bottom of your PDA. You gained them as soon as you scanned the parts

have you had your run-in with marguerit on the land yet? after that it gives you a signal to her last tracked location, that may be what you’re missing

It doesn’t look like that for me so I still have no clue where to go
If you’re starting from the organ hole, you might be at the wrong entry hole to the organs. I had this issue today when searching for this. I realized there’s one entry with a large crystal hanging almost into the hole and one with a smaller crystal not reaching into the hole (this one). I hope this helps you.

Cheats for that and infinite oxygen. WeMod probably is the easiest and fastest to use. But using cheats the game become boring, at least for me.
