U sounded like my other self 5 yrs ago- used to say that to myself that Depression is so reel n it’s so BITES!!😅😅
I have had anxiety pretty much my whole life. I've had depression and what got me through it was knowing god will be by me. People with leave. People will say rude things but god won't. He stands by you and tells you it going to be okay. He tells you to breathe and that you can handle anything. Even if it's hard, it's worth it. In the end, you get a reward in heaven and you get a lesson to learn and stick in your head the rest of your life. If your not a Christian, that's okay, just know that he is there with open arms if you need him. I try to tell people about him as much as I can. That is my job. I hope your night/day is wonderful!!
